Had used the hall for a function, untidy and dirty it was. Tap handle was broken and and place looks uninviting. Lift is small and guests found it too long to wait and had to use stairs.

Overall didn't feel that the place is hygienic.

There were no proper sign boards for regular wheeler parking. One would expect to ride into basement only to be told to take it out out and park on the outside adjacent to the building. At least have a parking side that says this...

The hotel was clean and and the location was in prime position..food was average..but room service could hv been better.

Lunch and dinner was good. However, if they have an event, they don't focus on serving the restaurant customers properly. Breakfast was terrible, they didn't even have the basics. If you have the option, book room without breakfast. Paying for breakfast is not worth it. Ac in room was non-functional. Wi-fi used to get disconnected frequently. Switch boards were not fixed properly to the walls. Rest everything was fine.

The room is good. Good service too. Nice experience. But there are things that could be better
we had booked three rooms and none of rooms had towels. Shower door was broken in one of the rooms. Ours was breakfast included and it was good. Served from 8:00 to 10:00. The restaurant is also good.

We had a pleasant stay, as our rooms were clean and well-maintained. The food at the restaurant was delicious and of good quality. However, i do have a couple of concerns: the breakfast options were the same for two consecutive days, and there were no alternatives. Additionally, after raising two complaints about hots-tar and netflix not working, no one came to assist with the installation or login, even though this service was included in our room amenities.

It is located in RT nagar main road, You can easily recognize it.. If you are a food lover and don't have enough budget then don't worry, Empire Provide Daily buffet for lunch at just 199.. Which include more then 15 dishes, with sweet and soft drink..

Very disappointed today. Not worth for money. Biriyani is not good, the famous coin parata is very bad...it's so hard. Kurma does not have salt, no spicy.. and as some one mentioned...they gave me jug full of lemon when I asked for single juice. It costs 175 rupees. Looting...Won't recommend any one. Management has to wake up...and serve good food please.....

We can had more food from outside with the GST given to them. Too expensive and not a tasty food. I had chicken biriyani and left balance on plate because of the worst taste. This should my last visit in this restaurant.

They will impose high tax. Food is not taste as the price is high. In chicken biryani they will put only one piece, for all items quantity is less and price very high

This has been my favourite place for dining in when I'm hungry and don't know where to go. The food and the staff here is nearly best! Altogether loved the service here...

Worst experience at RT nagar outlet of KFC. Last night was feeling damn hungry and visited this outlet at 10:45 PM. Most of the items on veg were over and the guy at counter seemed to be busy to shut the shop. I ordered a burger along with 2 pieces of chicken. the pieces served were both small and when asked them to replace one of the pieces they took 25 mins to do the same. After the wait of 25 mins, I got 1 super hot piece of chicken and another was dead cold. KFC STANDARD and Quality is dipping down day by day. After spending about Rs 260 if you are not satisfied with your mean, why the hell I should visit this place next time. BAD Experience.... KFC RT Nagar sucks...
