I recently stayed at Hotel Lilac, 3rd Block Jayanagar, Bangalore, and my experience was truly excellent. The staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to the receptionist Marshal,deeksith,aman who was very helpful and made the stay even more comfortable. All the staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained — everything was perfectly arranged for a comfortable stay. The location in Jayanagar is peaceful and convenient, close to shops and restaurants, yet calm and relaxing inside the hotel. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with a nice variety of options....

Faultless service and spotless room. Upgraded to a suit room on arrival. Marshal the Front Desk Manager was very helpful giving me clear directions for the metro (just round the corner) and suggestions of places to visit. Excellent. Breakfast was delicious . The hotel team was very accommodating and polite I would recommend to stay here.

Location worked very well for us as it was stone throw away from the conversation hall. The general ambience of the hotel was pleasant and the staff friendly and supportive rooms are well appointed, clean and well maintained and room service I must say was prompt excellent service.

It is an official trip arranged by my company for 27 days had a comfortable stay here. Its very peaceful to work from the property the wifi connectivity is very good. silent & clean rooms. The gym opens from morning 7 to evening 7. The staffs were very friendly. I enjoyed the hospitality and care...

Not a great place, average tasting food. And when the entire restaurant was empty, the most unfriendly staff didn't allow us(4 ppl) to take a table meant for 8 people.

Looks like it was a nice place to be but now it looks like its time for renovation or closure. Food here was not even close to my expectations. Found stray hair in momos. Food is nt spicy at all. Staff r wel behaved. Pricing is moderate. Overall I giv 4 of 10.

We went on a Saturday afternoon. We had a mood of having some continental dishes but unfortunately the chef was absent so we needed to have some Indian dishes. The foods are really yummy but with comparison to the price the amount is not appropriate. The environment of the restaurant is really good. We liked it a lot. It has got a Lounge and Bar too. We did not try that hence unable to write a review of that. One funny note to end with, we found an item called Rogan Ghosh. We only heard of Rogan Josh only. Being bengali we thought it was some one of Bengali Surname "Ghosh".

Nice place, the food is good. Buffet system is available (eat as much as you want for 200). Vegetarian do not have much of an option in the buffet. They do refill the food when it gets over.
Over all a good place.
Family friendly and good for small groups.

Had a really great experience here. Went with my friends and the food was really good and prices too were reasonable. The vibe and interiors are also good. Its also present at a great place just the sweet spot.

A very good restaurant in midst of the town.
Had a very good lunch with few friends over here.
Very good staffs, good behaviour. Cosy ambiance and good service.
The restaurant is pretty busy at certain Hours and takes a lot of time to get a seat.
The price range is a bit high but serves good quality food and best service.

Good place. Just like any other Empire outlet. The rolls are the best. They serve good food (suggested for non-veggies). It will be crowded on Saturday and Sunday evening. The toilets can be cleaner.
