It's in the heart of Whitefield near metro station. The surrounding are quiet and clean. Rooms were clean and neat with ample facilities, but small and a bit cramped. Breakfast and Dinner buffet were very minimal

so i then request to modify the dates,still they won't approve i thought, it's ok, I'll just ask my friend to go and stay,but still they don't allow even though it's been fully paid

Overall, it's pretty good. My expectations aren't high, and there's not much to complain about.

Very welcoming & accommodative!! I had early Flight from Mumbai to Bangalore, so reached Citadel Sarovar Portico by 9:45 am, Amardeep at the reception managed my early check in with suggesting visiting nearby ISCKON temple

While the rooms are good and the hotel’s proximity to the city center is a huge advantage for commuting, the breakfast was not excellent and could use more improvement in terms of taste and spread

But this unfortunate time is an opportunity to build lifelong loyalties and keeping up earlier quality makes good business sense. I truly hope Capitol revives early

I actually didn't have my dinner on the last night and got some Zomato. Again nothing wrong with the food, just wasn't delectable. Perhaps that was the fate of the ones who had the meal plans

Breakfast wasn't included in our room rate (our choice) but I would recommend adding it as it is good value for money and good quality with freshly cooked Dosa's and Omelettes as well as fruit, cereals, toast, juices and other Indian items

The booking site that we used states that the rooms have balconies which is an exaggeration as the balcony is tiny and mostly taken up with the air con heat exchanger which will happily roast you if you stand next to it

It's pretty big and has a pool and restaurant (didn't eat there myself so don't know how good it is). The room I had wasn't that great though. It was pretty small and worn out. The toilet didn't work in the bathroom
