All is good, nice room, nice breakfast, nice reception. I was not too well and they allowed us to check out at 3pm, very kind of them. The Gym needs some upgrade, facilties are getting tired. Other than that, all good, keep it up.

With the double charging on the room, I was not happy with this hotel. Even I was trying to show and to inform the reception by the time I was checking. Double charge to my room was still. I had to wait for 10 -14 working day to get my refund back.

This is an amazing hotel - with amazing service and amazing staff. A big hotel, very clean and with all the amenities you would expect from a good hotel.

It's a 4star hotel pretending to be a 5 star hotel. The beds were small. The switches were confusing: laid over everywhere. The shower is not user friendly and the TV doesn't work.

Good hotel clean near shopping mall

We really liked the location of this hotel - we stayed for 2 nights before flying internationally. With a pool & location next to the shopping centre, we found there was more to do than some of the hotels closer to the airport. The drive & transport cost were fine. Stay was comfortable and just at rhe entrance of the ITPL. Front desk Manisha helped at easy check in and checkout

_ great location - Right opposite to Metro - Check in was smooth. - rooms were new and sparkling and spacious - Most important was the Taj service- In the dinner buffet they did not have chicken curry (that day was mutton day). Chef specially made chicken curry for me. - No one can beat TAJ experience.. They proved it as ever.

I never get to see this amazing hotel.my flight change because of some emergency,so i request to cancel my booking.they never allow it.so i then request to modify the dates,still they won't approve i thought, it's ok, I'll just ask my friend to go and stay,but still they don't allow even though it's been fully paid.what kind of service is that,and what kind of hotel is this?why everything is not allowed...

Overall, it's pretty good. My expectations aren't high, and there's not much to complain about.

The staff at the hotel made all the difference to our short stay. Without exception all the staff did their best to meet any requirement as quickly as possible, for example my wife needed a hair dryer and it was provided almost immediately. As our Ola App was not working Varsha at reception was kind enough to book me an Ola cab for the Airport, all in all she and the staff really made our stay wonderful

Was here for the restaurant The Hebbal cafe! Well my wife found coupon for this 5 star cafe which costs Rs 1000 per person for a buffet here in NearBuy app. Usually costs Rs1500 buy got good deal. The ambience n food quality was excellent. The non veg dishes were less but they tasted good. Their live counters for pasta was excellent! The desert requires to be more tasty. Overall enjoyed the food here...

Went for Manipal hospital which is just next door. MAC is awesome place.

I was visiting Bangalore to see a friend, stopped 2 nights. Rooms clean and comfortable. As a solo traveller the meal portion sizes are to big for one person. To me this hotel appeared to more for business people, not that this was an issue for me but might not suit someone wishing to visit The city as a tourist.

I had booked a single occupancy room with a double bed on Trip.com. My minor son was with me. Instead of handling it with grace, the front desk made a huge scene, demanding $80 extra—when booking double occupancy from the start would have been about $15 more. I stayed there for a business trip and it was nothing to complain about. Whole stay was amazing and thanks to Tohidul, Anwesha and Nia for a great service.

It was my second time staying here and it is as wonderful as ever. The reception staff is very courteous. The sous chef- Dharmendra was kind enough to explain all the desserts to me and patient enough to answer all my questions.

Rooms were clean, water pressure from the shower head is good, staff were very polite and welcoming. Overall a great experience.

The hotel it's self could do with a ramp up, what i mean by that is the lobby area is a bit dark just by adding a few more lights would make a big difference. The room itself is a bit small but its manageable, the bathroom/showers are a nice touch. Pool side is lovely overall it's ok but when other people close there room doors it is quite loud, so if you're trying to have a sleep in good luck.
