Sai Palace Hotel in Mumbai

You and this hotel are ridiculous.

Wish I could give Sai palace a minus rating. On 11th Jan 20206 We saw that my car has a major dent on the door after we got done with our son's Baptism party.When my husband confronted the staff, they not only refuse to take any ownership but were also rude. Mr JATIN the so called manager (wonder how he became one) didn't even know how to talk to my husband or to be courteous. Instead of being helpful he only kept telling one thing, go to the police station with a foul and rude expression. He called my husband drunk and abused him and said his mouth was smelling of alcohol. If JATIN has a problem with alcohol, i would suggest he works at a veg udupi restaurant. In the one and a half hour argument, he was very arrogant and behaved like he owned sai palace. He even went on to say that he will trust his staff more than his guest and we can do what ever we want to. He didn't even apologise for his behaviour and the next day when we went back to the hotel to complain about him, he went into hiding. We were assured by the general manager that we will get an apology but we are still waiting for it. Bad experience at the baptism even held in your basement Once our go to resturant has turned into bad service, arrogant, rude managers hub. All are functions were held at Sai palace including the recent baptism party. There was no sofa or chairs kept for the host in front of the backdrop. The manager started putting the lights off at 3 even though our booking was still 3.30 pm. Finally after all family pics When we went to have our lunch , this particular manager Mr.Rahul rolled his eye at us for delaying taking our food. We had booked a room so that I could feed my new born and while I was feeding my baby,I was asked to check out from the room by the receptionist , I told them to give me sometime as I was nursing my baby. After 2 mins Rahul in a very arrogant way comes at the door as asks me to checkout because I had exceeded my checkout time by 40 mins.( Check-in check-out time wasn't mentioned to us while we booked the room and I thought that the room was booked for a day and not a few hours). We were planning to have my brother's roce at Sai palace but after this extremely bad and insulting experience not only is us our entire family will not book any event or even visit Sai palace resturant. This complaint will next to to the consumer court of we do not get an Apology from Mr.Jatin.
