We were quite disappointed, especially considering the amount we paid. Some of the key amenities were not functioning properly—the jacuzzi switch didn’t work, and the room AC kept turning off during the night, which made it uncomfortable. People usually visit for the overall experience, so this was letdown. On a positive note, the service was prompt and the breakfast was good

Wonderful experience , clean room , v attentive and polite staff , felt v safe staying here - was on a work trip but work or for families looking for affordable stay - this is a very good choice . I am surely staying here again .

We booked same day as construction was taking place in our building. Upon arrival, the room was next to the kitchen and smelled of food. We asked to be given an alternative and were sent to the Khar location only to be given another room next to THAT kitchen. Thus, we never checked in...and were still charged the full rate even though we booked at 5pm and declined at 8pm same day. Very little English or Hindi spoken or understood at the front desks. Contact support number is disconnected. No response from email.

We used to always stay in this property over the last several years largely due to a combination of it being a wonderful property with clean and comfortable rooms, a competitive price, good service and great location. However this year, we did not feel the same - the service was curt; we had no sleep for the 2 days with extremely loud construction noise just outside - the property failed to advertise or forewarn at the time of booking; the price was no longer competitive more so for a repeat customer. The rooms continue to be wonderful - clean and well maintained.

My partner had a few days off between jobs in Mumbai, the booking and arrangements were effortlessly done online. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff and immediately checked into our beautiful and clean room. Our stay was very pleasant and we really enjoyed the area as well.

Had a great time at this beautiful apartment. It was so comfortable & the service was amazing. The staff was super friendly & helpful. Everyday without even asking they used to come & check with us if we need anything or not. Food at the restaurant is also really good. They have a great variety of options on the menu. The breakfast buffet was delicious too with a nice spread of dishes. Only problem I had was with the Wifi. The speed wasn’t great & had to finally use my mobile hotspot to get through my virtual meetings. But overall it was pretty good experience.

Great location Good for family stay Airport near You can't get room service like hotel but it's excellent place to stay Big size room You can cook your own food Restaurant food is like home Ambience is good I suggest it when you travel with a group or family members more than 10 people it's good option

I had a great stay there. It was my second visit there and I felt very much at home there. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was excellent and the lady overseeing the breakfast preparation and serving process was always smiling and helpful, making sure the food on the table was replenished promptly and our requests for tea/coffee etc were quickly taken care of. And finally, a very big thank you to Abhijeet at reception who went out of his way at every opportunity to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Theory9 should justifiably be proud of having such a dedicated and helpful person as a member of their front office team.

We had a couple of week stay at Theory9 over the Christmas / New Year period and had mixed feelings about the place. The good news is the location is quite good. You're quite close to Hill Rd, so shopping and restaurants are a short ride in a rickshaw. The staff are also very friendly and try to be as helpful as possible. The rooms are neat and clean. Now the bad news... Our room faced Turner Rd and the noise from the street and the neighbouring construction seems to be unrelenting. Also, our window didn't seem to close properly which just made the noise worse. I tried to get change a few times from the front desk and it always seemed to be a problem, I don't know why. The TV was really difficult to use. To try to get to cable channels you needed two remote controls and it was not intuitive - not fun. Overall, for the price we paid I was expecting a far better experience and I don't think I'd like to stay here again.
