White Pearl in Mumbai

The rooms available do not reflect the projected style as per their website. There were no tea making facilities, there were no windows in the room. There was a smell of damp in the rooms which was confirmed by clothing that were hung up in the open style wardrobe were damp and had a strong musty smell. The bed was ok, however the sheets and duvet were damp due to lack of ventilation. An air-conditioning unit is in place, but makes no impression with regard to the damp. The rooms were separated by single ply plasterboard, and there was no privacy, conversations could be heard in the adjacent rooms!! Due to the flimsy internal structure, noise was a problem at nighttime. The night porter would play music on radio/mobile phone throughout the night. I personally would not recommend this hotel due to its deteriorating infrastructure. The porters and housekeepers were polite, but still I would NEVER revisit this hotel in the future.

worst hotel bad people staff of hotel and also manager don't know how to talk people or clients I have booked hotel deluxe room when we go for check in at night manager and hotel staff saying we don't have any booking of your name also we are not tie up any longer we don't have any room don't booked this hotel totally frauds

I nvr got a check in as hotel said me and make my trip that the hotel ownership is changed
