The service at the Oberoi Mumbai was fantastic. Danny, a member of the concierge team, arranged an amazing day at Elephanta Island for me and some friends of mine from India, and he did so in a matter of minutes with no notice. Sachin, also part of the concierge team, was also exceptionally helpful, as was Shreya at the reception desk. Johnson, the doorman/bellman, Saksham, a cook, and Endrea, a trainee, were also very helpful and very friendly. The food at Fenix was excellent.

The Oberoi Mumbai is absolutely superb! First, there's the location: right ***** Nariman Point, across the street from the Arabian Sea. The hotel's service is stellar and highly personalized. The rooms are exceptional. And the breakfast--top tier. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel itself is spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The restaurants are excellent, with great food and a high standard of service. Overall, it’s a fantastic place and we truly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant stay with absolutely attentive services. Located at the end of the marine drive while accessible to many attraction via uber. Breakfast was delicious.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Worst experience ever. The staff doesnt know how to be courteous. Worst quality I ever got from any subway joint. I ordered a paneer tikka sub and the paneer was so hard, I had to throw all the paneer from the sub. They didnt give a bill saying computer is not working from last 2 months. They are just damaging the reputation of Subway. Also asking for more money than the total value of the order and on asking him about this, he said I dont have change. This is the worst subway joint.

Stale items sold here. Book my show offered discount which is restricted to this outlet only. I really felt that may be book my show is also a part of this fraud and made us to buy stale sub from this outlet. Moreover, when I asked for bill, it is advised that computer is not working for the past two months. How subway is monitoring its inventory. I think its why this outlet is able to sell stale items. Will subway give heed and close this outlet before it totally tarnishes the image of subway.

Quick service, on the go subway available! Inspite of this outlet being small they are well equipped and serve well. Delivery is on time.

Delicious crepes, as close to the real French thing as possible in India. However, the place needs better ventilation, there was a bit of a cooking haze in the restaurant the whole time were there (like someone burned something in the kitchen).

No better place in Bombay for authentic French sweet crepes. The Belgian chocolate is especially good and so is the chocolate mousse. The savoury crepes are good too, but might not be everybody's cup of tea. They have a nice selection of juices and smoothies. Lovely salads and a small breakfast menu. A great place for a casual meal.

A nice quaint cafe. Very well made crepes, yet to try out their salads and sandwiches. Their bottled chocolate drink is divine.

Great place for lunch. They're crepes are good, but I love their salads in particular. Also good to stop by for a quick coffee. A bit on the expensive side, but well worth it relative to all the other options in this area.
