Peninsula Grand Hotel in Mumbai

Every time I stay at this property, it ends up being a disappointing experience. Crew pick-up and drop services are consistently delayed by 30 minutes to an hour. As per their procedure, crew members must call after landing for the cab to be dispatched, causing unnecessary waiting. Despite booking double-sharing accommodations, twin-bed rooms are rarely provided — instead, queen beds are allotted. There is always a delay of at least an hour in receiving room keys. Pillowcases are often torn and in poor condition. Laundry services are never delivered on time. Restaurant and housekeeping staff are unaware of buffet closure timings and frequently provide incorrect information, resulting in missed meals. The club operates late night, and despite being aware of this, front desk assigns crew rooms near that floor, leading to severe disturbance during rest hours. On a recent occasion, I was five minutes late for breakfast due to incorrect information given by the housekeeping department, and by then, all live counters had already closed & they barely did anything for us. The staffs are generally rude and often forget orders while serving in the restaurant. Mr. Krithi Shetty, I request you to kindly look into these recurring issues. As a crew member, I feel we are often treated as though we are staying free of cost, which is extremely disheartening.

What a disappointment this hotel is ....they ask you for advance breakfast and fail to deliver it to you on time saying it's not prepared. there's no one at the reception to take care of the guest ...one guy taking forever to do the checkout...no courtesy of even saying sorry the breakfast is not ready and they are least bothered to even apologize that's a basic human etiquettes when you do a mistake right however nothing as such was followed it's always a disappointment to stay here .

Third class hotel with constant noise n rude staff who r just there to get paid n go home ,it's saddening to see how earlier ppl use to go above n beyond for guest satisfaction now it's just plain rude

Pathetic experience! The rooms are the size of a matchbox with dirty sheets, broken tiles and unclean furniture. The reception is a pain in the ass for the way they deal with their customers. they've got some bizarre rules and won't shy from troubling you throughout your stay. All in all, if you gotta spend so much money on a day's stay, go for a hotel that values their customers.
