I have stayed in the Ramee Guestline Dadar hotel with my family. We had a lovely stay, the staff was courteous. They have agreed to give us early checking seeing kids and elderly parents. I would highly recommend the stay here

The reception staff are very friendly. The hot water flows abundantly, it is quiet, and the breakfast is decent. Located in front of Dadar Central Railway, I took a local train and had a pleasant stay. For dinner, I tried the Tandoori Chicken and Seafood Fried Rice at the restaurant; The salty taste of the chicken pairs very well with beer, and the seafood fried rice is savory and delicious.

Stayed here during office outting. It's a good but old property. Has direct access to beach. Location wise this is slightly away from main area hence getting cabs or a rikshaw from here is difficult. If you are planning to stay here, travellingin in your own vechile is recommended. The food quality is average.

We came to The Retreat for New Year Celebration (2025-26). We booked Presidential suite. Staffs are all very very cooperative and well behaved. Best part is they never say no. Room ambience is very good and very clean and hygienic. View is awesome. We really loved of being here. Celebration arrangements were Well-organized.

Let me brief you my experience for 2 night stay 1. Travelling to the location is too much difficult as the roads are under construction and the dust on the road is pathetic. Go on a ac cab you will not have any problem. 2. The receptionist and the staff are very young and they only know their core job they do. The location was so beautiful right outside the city, a quick getaway from busy city life. The hospitality of the entire staff was top notch, nothing more could be expected, everything was placed right in your hands before you even think off!!! Definitely a good to place for my family.

The hotel is in the heart of Colaba, easy to get to tourist sites, but above all the friendliest staff I have come accross in India. Hotel is a little dated but for the price and the staff it was well worth it.

I first stayed here in 2013 and I've been back intermittently over the years. I still maintain this is the best street in South Bombay. The Godwin, though fading in some ways is constantly being renovated. I was so lucky with my 7th floor Garden Rd facing room with views of the Taj Hotel and right across to VT and Rajabai Tower on the Maidan. It's just the best location and wonderful for a first time...

The location is very good, gateway of India is at walkable distance, the room was good too. But staff wasn't much friendly and polite. Specially reception staff. Also the bath tub is such a disappointment. It's just tiled pit and not a proper bath tub

I have stayed there multiple times. The smoking room was an issue as the smell was smoke was filled in the room and I only got that room even being a non smoker. But the breakfast is really good

The Gordon House Hotel was extremely well located with an exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff. Varun also was exceptionally helpful to me with several IT problems I had with my very old laptop, enabling me to handle some important issues as well as to print a song I wrote for my tour group. Our US group enjoyed their 3 nights stay at your hotel. Amazing thing is that perfect coordination of reception team, bell boys , security, all worked together and transfered our bags from bus parked at busy road *****. I can never imagin how they did it. Loved this small hotel in Colaba. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Such friendly staff even for late night check-in. Varun took good care of us and was so friendly. We had an early flight and he arranged a to-go breakfast for us. So sweet! Highly recommend this place and excellent location.

There are better options nearby! Breakfast is NOT like in the pictures! The only hotel in Mumbai I have to carry my suitcases through the reception. For three days nobody cleaned my room as I found under the door “because you put sign do not disturb…” but I never used it! There is a manager from time to time, but for 3 days I was not able to find him. The first room I checked in the AC wasn’t working...

It's about a 20-minute walk to the shopping center and metro station, or you can order a tuktuk. Sometimes they may skip cleaning when the cleaner arrives before you leave the room. Breakfast is ok.

Location wise is great which is near to malls and shopping areas. You will find a lot of food options outside the hotel in case you need to try local food. inhouse restaurant is very good and has hygiene and tasty food.

I only stayed one night on this visit but have considered this hotel before. I had no experience of the breakfast offering this time so cannot comment on that. The room was smart and clean and the general impression was good. My only negative point is in respect of the WiFi, which was very very weak (less than 0.5 mbps), so no possibility of streaming, and difficult to access. If I stay here again...

It was much better than the photos. The hotel's exterior was also more sophisticated than the surrounding area. The bellboy helped me carry my luggage, which was convenient. Breakfast was exclusively Indian.

The rooms were...mediocre. not worth that price. It was very dirty, the bathrooms were also sticky and dirty. Some stains were not removable, I called them into clean that's when I got to know. The shower system is broken. The pool was good though.

Eskay Resort is at walking distance from Eksar metro station. I had the opportunity to visit all the locations within the premises. They have open lawn, rain dance area, swimming pool, small designated swimming pool for wedding functions such as haldi/ mehandi/ pehra. They also have a roof-top area from where the sun set is clearly visible and I was fortunate to witness it. All in all it was very peaceful...

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was warm, helpful, and always smiling, which created such a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. Everything was fresh and very well prepared.

From the moment i saw the entrance, security guard & Bellboy, I knew this was going to be a place of safety, peace & rest from the hustle & bustle of Bombay. It is a hidden gem ticked away given the surroundings it is located in. Staff were lovely, interior of the hotel is up-to-date, rooms were perfectly fine, even had British 3 pin sockets installed...

The staff were very kind and friendly and answered all my questions. Nice stay!

Pros: Excellent service, clean and plentiful breakfast, and very friendly restaurant staff. Cons: The hotel is old, there were no tissues in the room, the floor wasn't clean, and the air conditioner was noisy.

We booked this hotel for our family of three to sightsee in Mumbai. The front desk was very helpful and responded immediately when we left our keys in the room and left. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and it was nice that the toilet and shower room were separate. Always lovely to stay at this hotel, rooms (Club Myra) are superb, their food buffet is delicious, staff is very friendly and eager to help you. Also, they have a small cafe on the first floor with delightful items on the menu.

Hotel location was perfect for shopping yet just far enough away to avoid the traffic and crowds visiting the Gate. All hotel staff and doormen were friendly and polite. The restaurant staff was friendly but extremely slow in delivering a black coffee each day for breakfast. We stayed in the Thai Suite 1003 and enjoyed the views and large rooms. Price is for the location and not much else. Food was thoroughly lacking in taste and quality, WiFi was poor the entire stay, borderline unusable. I'd say 2 nights is all you need, so you can be near Colaba district for shopping.

The hotel furniture is very old... and the hotel's location is excellent.

We were quite disappointed, especially considering the amount we paid. Some of the key amenities were not functioning properly—the jacuzzi switch didn’t work, and the room AC kept turning off during the night, which made it uncomfortable. People usually visit for the overall experience, so this was letdown. On a positive note, the service was prompt and the breakfast was good

My partner had a few days off between jobs in Mumbai, the booking and arrangements were effortlessly done online. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff and immediately checked into our beautiful and clean room. Our stay was very pleasant and we really enjoyed the area as well.
