Credit to the restaurant staff who is very polite and kind. I didn’t manage to get her name as I was rushing for my flight. I will d definitely come back to this hotel

The view is to die for!The view is the best part of this hotel. But to be honest it has become little old. It’s furniture and rooms are not so impressive

People and staff are nice but I would skip staying here again since it’s a 5 star property but doesn’t give that vibe

The bed was clean, but the floor had many stains and wasn’t super clean. The bathroom was fine, but the glass hadn’t been cleaned since I could see handprints on it from previous guests. The staff was very nice though

The room was very modern and had all the creature comforts you would expect from a Four Seasons Hotel. The service was good especially at the concierge. We were offered a lot of great advice on where to go and what to do

It lacks a bit on facilities for being a FS but service is top notch as you can expect.

There were some refurbs while we were there, which meant no pool, but the Gym was small but well kept. The bed and Furniture were super comfy, and the room was spotless

Housekeeping guy was very considerable and helpful in sending extra towel, a soft and a hard pillow for my kid to sleep better

Staff were very supportive and accommodating towards my nephew who has Down’s syndrome and couldn’t wear closed shoes because of his surgery. They said it was ok for him to go to the rooftop bar even without dress code

As i go for Lollapalooza , it is the good location which is close to the venue. Got the corner room with the big window and the room was clean. All staff is helpful.

Restaurant team were great and Chef Rajen came to connect food to Foodies 🤗 My wrong for not getting chance to better appreciate the many facilities from the hotel and such serenity view over the lonely lake

Located in downtown Mumbai, the hotel is quite nice – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, Mumbai's traffic is indeed very congested.

The hotel was overcrowded and service was impacted because of this. Other than this had a decent stay.

But overall the staff were friendly and cooperative. For me the food in the restaurant was excellent. Including the afternoon food and the breakfast. Lot of options like the continental,south indian, North Indian etc

The restaurant is small, so you often have to wait for a table. The pool wasn't working, which was a dealbreaker for us since we specifically chose this hotel for its pool

Fortunately, the room itself was outstanding: spacious, clean and tidy (including the bath towels), with a plentiful supply of drinking water

This is truly the best Hilton I have visited. The warmth and hospitality of all the staff is unbelievable. Their executive lounge is truly reflective of the warmth of all the people there

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Airport Terminal 2, making it perfect for travelers catching a flight

Secondly, house keeping does not check whether the tissue box is empty. I had to request for a tissue box as there were only a few pieces left. Thirdly, the hotel does not provide sufficient towels

Doesn't housekeeping follow standard operating instructions? Or is the hotel short of hand towels? I guess we are expected to share the sole hand towel! If you can overlook these shortcomings, the room is new and comfortable, the location is ok and the breakfast spread is decent

There are 2 pax in my room, and we were given only one square hand towel and two bath towels. This happened on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed

The hotel is good with modern theme, staff is also good and polite however the breakfast menu is limited and has very less options, also few things were broken and not working when i reached to the hotel room but it was fixed later upon request but hotel staff should keep an tab on broken things

This Radisson is a very small property. The driveway only accommodates one car, so your car cannot wait on the driveway. There is an issue with the amenities in the room. Firstly, no hair dryer is provided

Excellent but slight upmarket place. Hugggge spread on buffet, warm and courteous service. Wide variety of food choices. Good for family and friends get togethers. Offers banquet hall with adjoining terrace..for parties

The staff here go above and beyond. Everything was of a world class level. The only recommendation is for the hotel To consider some work on the roof top swimming level. This has untapped potential.

Right next to the beach and the eats. For a Mumbai experience it is worth it. The sea view room is really good. Parking is a pain as they park on the beach parking the whole night. The swimming pool is quite good

Amazing location adjacent to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Hotel service was excellent, myself and my daughter shared a double bed, which was enormous and very comfortable

Excellent service and attention to detail. My only issue was that the pool is used for lessons for local children. So unfortunately I wish I’d know prior to booking because the pool was a big part of my needs.

All in all okay but breakfast spread could be better and they need to update their system for foreigners who came and did digital immigration while entering the country as they did not have adequate knowledge about that.

Loved it! Best bed/matress, great food, nice swimming pool, great service, excellent spa and sunset on the terrace.

Enjoyed sunset on the Juhu Beach with family. Also did a nice walk on the beach with my little one. They have a private entrance right onto the beach

The bed sheets are old, worn out, and dirty. Even the towels aren’t cleaned properly. The rooms are small. The wake-up call doesn’t work, even though you registered for it in the reception while checking in.

Ibis is located near to Mumbai Airport... Good for people who r traveling everytime. Good place for clients stay, has nice rooms. Food quality is good and staff is helpful. Easy to access location from the city.

This hotel is 5-6 kilometers from the airport, definitely not within walking distance as stated on Ctrip, so you have to take a taxi. The room was extremely small, the bed was damp, and the sheets had stains

Location is good, facility is good. Bath room have glass window but cannot open. After taking shower, the room will have the smell of water. Others are quite good. Price is reasonable.

I booked a a sea view room in the hotel. The view of sea was spectacular. The hotel is nicely located on marine drive and near to Nariman point. One can easily go to near by restaurants and markets

The location at the Marine Drive is nice as only steps away from the promenade and few restaurants around; view from the room is amazing! Moreover, Colaba is easy to reach by foot with a 15 mins walk: overall the position is ok for tourism

If you are there for business and you need to travel across the city (especially towards the airport side), it's maybe not the best option to pick, better to choose something more central

To compensate they did upgrade us to the 2nd largest room in the hotel with both the sea and city view, which was nice

I loved Goma - An Asian Experience! It was a lovely restaurant with AMAZING FOOD!! The vegan tanatanmen ramen was a little weird. But overall best!

The hotel location is good although the room services are bit slow but overall a great place to stay. The best is the restaurants which provide great food. The morning breakfast at Nusara is amazing

Whilst the hotel is clean, don't expect great views from the rooms - ours had views of some slums but it didn't matter as much as we only used the hotel as a place to sleep in

I stay in 2 days last year. It care customer to excellent manners. I like it. International airport is only 10 minutes distance. And also metro is 10 minutes distance.
