The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful: I had few requests during my stay and everything was kindly and efficiently accommodated.
The location at the Marine Drive is nice as only steps away from the promenade and few restaurants around; view from the room is amazing! Moreover, Colaba is easy to reach by foot with a 15 mins walk: overall the position is ok for tourism. If you are there for business and you need to travel across the city (especially towards the airport side), it's maybe not the best option to pick, better to choose something more central.
Breakfast buffet was amazing and delicious, everything felt extremely fresh.
Only small cons were:
- the gym which is quite small and lack some basic machines like bikes, but what is there is all Techno-gym and new!
- the overall finishing that feel a bit old (but very well kept), which is why - I guess - it's good value for money overall.

Very beautiful and central location.
Walking distance to the old gothic style buildings and gateway of India.
Rooms are a bit dated and the gym is very old and limited.
But the rooftop bar and pool are nice and breakfast was really good!
Would for sure stay here again in the future.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It is very much worth the money. The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff are also very attentive and friendly. The room was clean, had a good view, and is in a nice location. I have no complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent package offering dinner. Food both for breakfast and dinner was very tasty and service was impeccable. Highly recommended! Besides, I worked a few hours a day and the Wifi connection was great.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. It is so close to marine drive, I mean I just have to walk across the street and the sea is just right in front of me. Besides that, my room got the sea view so I could see beautiful view in sunset and sunrise. Also the restaurant has a balcony so you can enjoy the view while having your breakfast

This hotel felt so luxurious! The location is perfect! We loved the view from our room which was partial city/sea view. The room was big and had all the amenities you would need. The neighborhood is in walking distance to great restaurants. The rooftop bar/pool is wonderful with an amazing view. You will love this place!

Nice place with a retro - like interior. The service is a bit slow, but the food and beverages kind of make up for it. All the teas are freshly brewed i believe and that may be the reason why they take some time to be served though sometimes the time required is quite unjustified.
Their kulladh masala chai and their lemon iced tea. I would not recommend trying any other flavour especially orange and blackberry. Their bhendi masala fry, paneer kohlapuri and biriyani are quite nice and so is their spaghetti

We were roaming around the Marine Drive, Mumbai and found this nice place nearby- Tea Center. Initially thought it would be a tea joint but it was a full fledged restaurant. Khullad Masala Tea was very refreshing, tea variety is amazing one can be a bit confused about which one to order. We enjoyed the meal( bindi masala, their special paneer dish and paranthas). Rs.1400/- for three.

Very nice place with good ambience. Absolute heaven for tea lovers. Lots of variety to choose from. Had the most awesome fish here. Chicken starters were awesome too. A Place worth visiting again and again.

This place used to have really good continental food, back in the day. As well as good, classy ambience. Over time, the food (at least the continental, haven't tried the Punjabi in a while) hasn't not been as good as it used to.

Always a pleasure eating here. There's still an old charm at this place. The tea and coffee are still traditionally served in teapots and a glass orb. The pastries and desserts are really good and not heavy on the pocket.

Historical place. Has old school waitstaff and decor. Takes you back to the 20s.The Swiss Chicken was divine. A deep fried chicken breast coated with cheese and bacon. Served with Mash and boiled veggies and bacon fried rice. Many use this restaurant as a landmark on the street and the area in General.

This place is looking worn out lately .. but it continues to maintain good quality or food .. Try egg bhurji , egg omlette khimaa paav for breakfast .. you wont go wrong ... prices are low . Quantity is wholesome .. you will also get the famous paani kum chai here ..in main course the chicken dishes are fabulous . The sitting is old fashioned wooden chairs .. No AC ... no wifi and no cards accepted .. its a cash joint . No parking . And this place is bang opposite churchgate station on V M Road

One of the old place in prime location. A typical Irani restaurant where mhaska bun and chai is famous. This place is also famous for non veg food. This is old and traditional restaurant. Most important is one can have a good food in reasonable amount in such a prime location.
