Worst hotel ever stayed in.
No complimentary water bottle
bottle.
No toiletries.
No Towels.
And in fact you have to call to reception to switch on the geyser which was not mentioned anywhere.
We have to do early checkout and all of a sudden we got to know there is no hot water.
Attitude of receptionist is on another level.

It is not possible to give review below 1 so giving 1. Very untidy dirty rooms. No hygiene even staff is very rude. Hot water not coming in room so we asked for a bucket of water for our child they gave warm water for name sake. Even water coming from tap is dirty. I request not even think of coming to this dirty and unhygienic place. And belive me positive reviews given are fake.

This is one of the worst hotel services we have ever experienced. The staff is extremely unsupportive and rude. If we raise our concerns/ask for help, they raise their voices on us (literally), and answer back to us like they do not care at all. The hotel is extremely untidy, pillows and bedsheets are yellow and dirty. The dust has settled everywhere, showing that they haven't cleaned a single room for months. We got two rooms, and both have the same issue.
Also, we did not have to pay for this hotel as we get a partnership benefit from Bank of Baroda for this hotel. They have restricted mineral water and changing bedsheets for us

the room is small but too some extent good...but the bathroom amenities such , soap dispenser etc were not functioning. there is no restaurant. food items ordered from outside.. the location is fantastic. only 250 my from karol bagh 🚇

I had checked-in India's first self room service hotel ,where drinking water has to brought up by yourself.
Hotel is not trustworthy as if you forgotten any thing at/in room you just lost that item, it will never given to you.
Room phone was not good.

A lovely beautuful hotel. Staff is courteous and take care of guests well. A must visit place when you at bareilly. Good work keep up the good work, my best wishes to the entire team and staff. Exellent keep up the good work. Food is good and rooms are nicely cleaned . This sound like a wondeful place to visit. Its always refresting to econunter friendly and helful staff. Postive interactors like that can truly enhance a stay. Politeness and good service can make all the difference. I appreciate you sharing your experience. thanks pawan from front desk and sachin from lobby for hassle free chekin and chekout. Must visit here. Thanks both of you. Also thanking the manager for his good service and the talk sessions we had. All with all this is a great and fantastic hotel where you can stay safe with your children and family.

When i booked a room, they allotted a small room where shower was not working properly & even the other things in bathroom was not working either. Despite all these trouble, they change the room which was actually a bigger room which i booked. So first they allotted me a small room & next day they gave me the actual room. Pathetic service. Even for early check in they were asking for 700 rs. Don't go if you arrive early in the morning they ll give you small room by stating our all rooms are still not vacat.

Palace by name only... first impressions were good. The room was a good size and everything functioned well but everything needed a good clean. The bed was comfortable but the linen was tired. Be careful in the shower ~ the floor is very slippery. On the plus side it was a budget friendly hotel in an interesting area.

Highlights (1) rooms were dirty. (2) dirty water from tap. (3) we stayed in total 3 rooms. All had cockroaches and insects. (4) there is no kitchen, partner restaurant serve poor quality food. We got poor response when we asked for plates to have swiggy delivered food. They do not have their cutlery. (5) electric cattle provided had stains. Room service was always reluctant to clean it. A few rooms of this hotel are part of holiday home of my employer. I had to book this hotel to avoid frequent shifting. Location is good, but i would never suggest anyone to waste money by booking this hotel.

The food is good and little expensive. Just located near subway Karol Bagh. Service is pathetic. You have to wait long to get your food. It is nice place to get North Indian food. Seafood is their speciality.

Awesome food quality at reasonable prices. You can drink here as well, but the number of options available are less. Tables are bit small in size. Hospitality is good. One of good restaurants in vary crowded area i.e. Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
