One of the best stay in Delhi. Location is premium.. Just near to metro station and many good restaurants nearby.
Room is very clean and spacious. Shared kitchen is very well maintained. We really loved staying here. Highly recommended to everyone 😊❤️

Very rude owner... Mosquito problems.. very unhygienic We were there for 3 days ... Shortage of staff .. no one came for cleaning .. have to call several times to get things done ... Lots of mosquitoes ... 1 all out is not enough .. Food was ok ok ... Washrooms were unhygienic

We booked 3 rooms and a suite.
The suite was very spacious and clean.
2 rooms had minor issues, like molding in certain corners of the room.
Restrooms of all the rooms were very clean.
Overall great experience and value.

An average quality b&b. If you are looking for a place to just sleep for the night and get some breakfast before heading out, this should be ok. At this price, I would expect them to provide a bottle of water, some bath items like soap, shampoo. The fixtures were average quality and cleanliness was on the margin of getting into unacceptable.
Also, expect some random phonecall from the room service, apparently they don't have a way to know who called, so they call back each of the rooms.
And there was some gentleman who knocked on my door and when I opened, he said sorry wrong room.
At times, be prepared to ring the bell at the outside gate a few times before someone answers and let's you in.
That being said, the big plus is the proximity to the metro. And decent eats nearby. The staff were friendly.

This property is at walking distance from Preet Vihar Metro Station and lots of eateries nearby. So location is A+ however this is not a complete Hotel. This property is actually a Villa and Hotel is separated on first floor and above.
There is no food or breakfast available on demand so make sure you should well be prepared to move out for even a good coffee. Property owners are really friendly and coperative. Rooms are big and spacious but I find bedsheets and washroom less hygiene. I believe the cost is high for what you get.

A very homely place to stay in. It's a big bungalow where the landlady probably rents out individual rooms. The rooms are big and spacious with even a common balcony kind sit out area. There is also a common living room kind on each floor. The owner is very warm n ready to help with ur travel and transport plans. Overall a good stay!!

The delivery time is very less. Lower as compared to dining in. Highly recommended. After the new Domino's change, the crust has been softer than ever
