Ambassador, New Delhi - IHCL SeleQtions in Delhi City

My stay at the Ambassador Hotel in New Delhi was a very special and welcoming experience. 
The location of the hotel is right next to the “Khan Market” metro station, in a central area but yet quiet and peaceful. The room and facilities are of a high standard, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, including Indian specialties as well as Western options.
As it is my first time visiting India, I had many inquiries, the front office team (Wasi, Tashi, Nipaisn, Kishan, Vansh, and the Front Office Manager Lakshay Nirvla) were very patient and helped me navigate in Delhi. Furthermore, after checking out, I had difficulty booking trains for my next destination, but they all helped. Thanks to them, I had all my journey arranged, including taxi drivers and train tickets.  
I usually don’t write reviews of my hotel stays, but this wonderful experience and the warm-hearted people I met here truly made the difference. I warmly recommend this hotel for its location, facilities, food, and, most of all, its amazing team.

It is a heritage bldg. It feels old world but the location was funtastic. In addition, the service was excellent from the GM Mr. Mandeep and the front office manager. The bellman Kishna tried his best to help without expecting. Excellent resto service from Yellow brick Road - Sanjeep, Deepah.

Had a fabulous one night stay at the Ambassador. British character and Indian hospitality at its best. Great location. Large rooms. Great breakfast. Handy to shopping area. Would stay again.

Excellent. We felt safe, comfy, the service was fantastic and bar & restaurant including breakfast was great.

I have been to many 5 star hotels but the food here is the best. The staff is very polite, the rooms are clean, the atmosphere is amazing, the rooms and common area are very lively. The rates are very competitive. Guys, trust me, you can go with this for a cozy family vacation.

Great place. Polite staff. They upgraded our rooms and the package was very economical. The staff at the breakfast table were very attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious. Stroll among the residences of the who's who of Delhi. All the rooms have balconies. It would be nice to wrap the building in netting to prevent pigeons from getting in.
