This was my second stay here and I cannot recommend this hotel enough . The location is great for the Airport and majority of tourist attractions as well as the shopping I wanted to do. However the main plus point is the staff, the check in and out process is very quick and efficient, all the staff are polite and friendly.
I must mention specifically Mr Nirdesh head of housekeeping, I wanted to change rooms due to a strong smell of cleaning products in my first room (I have allergies), this was accommodated immediately with no over questioning or doubts. Rooms are good size, even the basic ones. A very pleasant stay.

Spacious and quiet room in a busy, noisy city! We enjoyed our relaxing stay. Reasonably well located for Metro and New Delhi sights, with many local points of interest. Helpful staff and good food.

The hotel staff were very considerate and ensure that I have a smooth checking in even when i came in very late. The room was also very clean and I enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly

This hotel was great, Overpriced for what it is, and service is responsive and great. facilities and such are hard to understand how they work, but people are usually very helpful, food was good, breakfast was good, however when trying to modify bookings, one day later, or checking out earlier, they will NOT budge at all even if told in advance and reject any online booking request to modify it. That's my only gripe, however its good, location is good but not the best. Great stay overall, little things were off about it.

The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet spread was good. There is a shopping street within walking distance.

Definitely over-priced. Facility not up to much for the prices they charge. Only thing good about the hotel is its location.
