Im visit here with my family everyone happy all staff is friendly good service and food is really yummy but only small issues pool is closed because have even but they provide pool from another hotel with transport

- There is a very unpleasant smell in the rooms and from the ventilation. They gave us an additional air purifier. The hotel needs to do something about the smell. There are many things that need to be updated in the rooms.

Very helpful team especially those at the Hotel entrance and housekeeping !
Enjoyed the stay and was an excellent location.
Biggest issue is that most Uber drivers and food orders placed were being delivered to the Hotels rear entrance used by staff etc not the main entrance. This was frustrating so not sure why the Hotels google location has not been updated.

The room was quite small. I've always stayed at the Imperial Hotel before, and this place clearly falls a notch below in terms of facilities and service. Plus, there's always a scammer by the entrance, pretending to read a newspaper. Every time we step out to catch a taxi, he tries to pull various tricks on us, even driving away our cab and insisting we go to a specific shopping spot. If you're just on a layover, you'd be better off staying at a hotel near the airport.

The decor and ambience is great.. The service is great.. The only downside would be that it is quite expensive if compared to other lounges in the area.. But still it is located on the 19th floor and is one of a kind.. So thumbs-up

The rooms are small but well appointed. The front desk can be crowded during morning and evening. The wait times can be up to 1hr for the rooms to be allotted. The spa is great, food very tasty at the restaurant but on the expensive side. The breakfast spread is fantastic with lots of dishes to choose from. Again can be very crowded during 8 AM to 9:30 AM.

Really nice and elegant place to visit. Enjoying the cold breezes at the top of the roof this high with groovy music is fantastic. Beautiful Delhi View and service was also quick as expected.
