Good place but ultimate location, right at community center of NFC makes it super nice and easy for accessibility. Property is old but well managed with valet parking services and nice reception with cafe.

The services specially of the security has been bad to worsts over the years. I have been regularly staying in this property due to its proximity with commercial premises. However, come back disappointed as far as curtessy is concerned

We had the buffet dinner at the hotel on 14th December. After paying the bill, we received a call saying we hadn’t been charged for a water bottle. As it was around 9:30 pm, I offered to settle it the next morning or at checkout, but the staff insisted it be paid immediately, almost implying it was our mistake. I paid via cash, but since I didn’t have change, the staff member said he would return with it, which never happened. I didn’t raise it later due to an early flight the next morning.
Apart from this incident, our experience was good and I would recommend the hotel.

The service is top-notch, breakfasts are good, and housekeeping is excellent. The hotel is old, and the furniture in the rooms is dated, but it's kept very clean. The service definitely earns 5 stars, even if the room itself doesn't quite live up to that. However, compared to other hotels in India, this one is quite good. Of course, for this price in another country, you'd get a completely different room, but here, you're probably paying a premium for safety, a clean lobby, safe food, and clean water. A drawback is the restaurant prices; the food is unreasonably expensive. Since it's not safe to go outside the hotel, you're forced to eat there, which I assume the hotel counts on. I also dislike the pushy assistants who are always expecting tips.

Though this is histroric hotel of 42 years, it is tastfully revamped and great feels. Deserving a 5 stars status.

Ego - 33 bakery is located in the bustling of community centre of new friends colony. This bakery is basically an extension to the ego chain of restaurants in the market. Everything available at this bakery is very fresh. All the deserts of ego 33 are outstanding. The portions for everything are also good. Recommended!
