The Imperial delivers truly exceptional service from start to finish. From the seamless airport pickup to the warm welcome upon arrival, everything felt effortless. I didn’t even need to visit the reception — I was personally received and all formalities were handled comfortably in my room.
Despite a very short stay, I experienced the spa with a manicure, pedicure, body wrap, and a Vitamin C facial — and the spa team was outstanding across the board: highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.
The hotel itself is pure luxury, from the stunning lobby and beautifully appointed rooms to the spa facilities. The level of service is rare even among top five-star hotels and absolutely justifies the price. Room service, food quality, and the friendliness and interest shown by every member of staff were simply remarkable.
Even in just one day, this hotel left a lasting impression. An exceptional experience in every sense — service, quality, atmosphere, and cuisine. Truly world-class.

Finally a five star hotel that feels like a five star hotel. Exceptional service and hospitality shown by the staff. 5/5

The fitness centre is a bit sparse but it wasn't busy so I was able to work out exactly how I wanted. 4.25/5
Dinner at 1911 was a bit of a disappointment. Kinda bland, exactly like Indian food in the US. 3.5/5

This is one of the best hotels in New Delhi.The rooms are large and tastefully furnished. The beds are super comfy, and the bathrooms are well appointed.
The restaurants are wonderful, particularly The Spice Route, I would recommend that you ask your waiter for a tour of the restaurants and the design philosophy behind each section.
One of the best features is the vast collection of antiques and art throughout the hotel. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Second time staying in this hotel. Service is as good as you can get anywhere, top notch. Facilities are great, with gym and spa. Staff are well trained, polite and often remember my name, make a huge difference. Did a spa this time which is slightly pricy but experience is decent.

I visit India once a year for both business and leisure, and I usually stay at various super luxury hotels. However, this time, my usual hotel was fully booked, so I ended up at The Imperial. It was the best decision ever! I will never return to my previous hotels. The service, rooms, food, and internet here are all exceptional. The staff is remarkably efficient.
I highly recommend this place!
P.S. The hotel lounge serves better French onion soup than you can find in France!😆

The hotel is very conveniently located, only 5 minutes' walk to the MRT station and less than an hour's drive from the airport during peak hours. The ambience in the hotel is great and the service is professional.

The major adverse point here is availability of seats particularly if you are with family/group visiting in and around peak time. Rest, the menu .... usual McDonald. Counters are a mess at times, needs counters staff to be more professional.

I absolutely love this McDonald's in particular because of superb location. The restaurant is in corner and the big glass doors makes it a wonderful place to chill with fellows. Although, I recommend, to come in the Morning (before 1pm or after 5pm) to avoid huge college kids handing around. Most importantly the staff is equally good further, the restaurant is also clean!
