The staff truly made the stay special. They were attentive, quick to respond, and very professional. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

The hotel location is superb and condition is decent. Staff Service and food quality is very good however WiFi is terrible for mobile and Tv. Even when the IT technician fixes it , after sometime it’s back to square one. Most of the time I used my data plan which in delhi is already very weak.

We have stayed at Eros multiple times now. We love it, especially because of the location.

Food is also good , however not sure of the reason today but breakfast buffet was below average.

It is a good 5 star facility. Good location, good food and good staff. Rooms are a bit small, and need repairs and maintenance . Breakfast is ok. Staff is helping and courteous. Overall a good experience.

It was really horrible experience of life time, service was so poor even there was no plates kept for buffet, spoon was not there on table, it took 10 minutes to give a spoon. There was no desert on the buffet spread and was served only when I asked for. Desert was served for us in two different kind of plates, here the courtesy and protocol ends. Taste was also not up-to the mark. Only good thing was the waitress who was attending us was mannerly. When asked for the reason for this disaster explanation was we were busy in managing a birthday party. (then you should close the other part of the restaurant) They do not have any separate place for party hence the kids were playing all over and noise level was horrible.

I was at Nehru Place to repair my laptop since it take few hour so we decided to go for some food.We had McVeggie. it was fresh and full of taste as I had previous that the core of them they never change the taste.

Located strategically opposite Nehru Place Metro station and right next to Satyam Cinema. Ample parking space in Eros Corporate Tower and Nehru Place parking. Food served here is of the best quality. Outlet is open till 1.00 AM on all days. Ample seating space for 60-70 people. Cleanliness is maintained in the store. Staff is well trained. Toilet facility is in the complex it is located along with a Wine Shop, Subway.

I am from Bangalore , Took One large veg meal, I found food is not that great as compare to Bangalore MCD,s , ambiance is not good, they don’t serve hot stuff in spite of intimations . I completely disappointed about the services ....
