the room is really dirty there is no hot water the switch bords are not working only 1 is working i complained he said you book online so we cant help you in that we asked for 1 more blanket as we r 2 people in room and the blanket they give is small and very thin he said we dont have any more. Really bad hotel and service

Our experience was too bad infact this hotel has nice exterior only but the interior arrangements was tooo baddddd we faced too bad smell and bed was dirty in face the whole set was smelling to bad and Washroom seat was unhygienic as well

Poor experience. We have booked 4 rooms and its not like the picture shown . Rats are running from 2 rooms and there is a big window size hole in ac room and they just covered it with a curtain. If u are looking a good clean room " Roma dx " is not for you.

Booked by agoda app..there is a bad experience.they charged extra after reaching the hotel.they said you've booked the non ac.
