I liked the property and they let me store my luggage while I need to collect in few days now. I loved the gym the most.

The Claridges was excellent value for money. It is located in a quieter area, so we needed to get a taxi every day, but we preferred to be further away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi. There was an excellent spread at breakfast and the pastries were yummy. You could also order French toast, eggs benedict, masala dossa etc. I cannot praise the staff at breakfast enough - they were efficient, attentive...

Business travelling is ok, room tier varies so best to check in person before settling into the room, bar is a little too noisy till 1am. Other than that all is good.

the hotel is good and comfortable . under new management some improvements are visible' breakfast is ok.toom is good maybe not that large but very comfortable , with a plus for the bed. bathroom is large which is a benefit . garden outdoor is a plus . surely a place to consider

The breakfast wasnt free - i had to pay for it! Great room but not much space to put suit cases. The room was quite a walk when the key didnt work. Bed was amazingly compfortable. Service was great - all very friendly!

The location was ideal, people were very helpful and courteous. Rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. The food was amazing and I would definitely come back to this hotel if I come back to New Delhi. They even let us store our luggage when we had to take an internal flight and couldn’t take all our bags.

The hotel itself was good. The staff at the breakfast buffet were truly excellent and attentive. However, we unfortunately don't know if there was actually a pool, as *** at reception wasn't informed about the facilities, and we also didn't have time to look for it.

Had a great stay at Ginger Hotel, East Delhi. The staff was amazing, especially Jitendar very polite and provided fast, efficient service. To all my fellow Koreans, you *have* to check this place out! It's great value for money and they even provide unlimited bottled water. A lot of other places aren't very clean, but this one is spotless, and the service is fantastic. There's a restaurant downstairs; it's a bit pricey, but the food is decent.

You need to proactively send your flight details in advance for airport pick-up. The shower drainage was really bad. Luggage storage after check-out was very well organized. The free water was a nice touch. Where's the air conditioning switch?

Karolbaug & Pahargunj is full of hotel but good ambience, zero nuisance, peaceful stay with good food, budget hotel & still easy to move means all sweets in 1 dish is only possible in Hotel Swati. I strongly suggest fr quality & concious traveller.

Everything was smooth except the location. It is located near the railway station which always has traffic. Cab drivers don't like going there and charge extra. The location was quite inconvenient — everything seemed far and hard to get to. The hotel itself didn’t really live up to what you’d expect from a star-rated chain; service, staff, and food were all just okay. Not a major issue, but overall, the area doesn’t make it a place I’d choose to stay again.

We booked one room, but were given a different one and told we'd have to switch rooms the next day. Hot water only comes out after running the tap for 20 minutes. The Wi-Fi keeps cutting out. The room was dirty, and the sheets had stains. There was a cockroach in one of the rooms. On top of that, they gave us a smoky room that was impossible to stay in (their solution was to spray deodorant).
