Good hotel in one of the best location. Rooms may be not up to the mark but overall it has all basic amenities and service they provide to guest is top notch. One of the most important thing every guest want to have is safety when you have family along with you. And I felt very safe. Had a pleasant 4-night stay at Grand Ffour Hotel, East of Kailash. The room was clean and spacious, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The property is very dated, as are the rooms. I stayed several days and was mostly made to feel comfortable. The doorman during the day and the owner at the desk at night were especially friendly and helpful. The initial room was extremely bad - the ac did not work and the fan was very loud. The exhaust also did not work and it got really hot. A lot of things were damaged in the room and we eventually had to change the room. The hotel never once apologised for the issue or even talk about it.
