Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Metro View. The rooms were neat and comfortable, staff was very cooperative and polite. The location is very convenient with easy access to market and transport facilities. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall a very pleasant experience and great value for money. The stay was good. The room was clean. Everything was a call away. Food and water was provided on time after ordering. However they don't have hot water for the bathroom. When we asked they said you will have to let go some initial water to get perfect hot water but that didn't happen. In a city like Delhi, where it's cold in the morning, they should provide hot water.

Fantastic! We booked 3 rooms and a suite. The suite was very spacious and clean. 2 rooms had minor issues, like molding in certain corners of the room. Restrooms of all the rooms were very clean. Overall great experience and value.

A very homely place to stay in. It's a big bungalow where the landlady probably rents out individual rooms. The rooms are big and spacious with even a common balcony kind sit out area. There is also a common living room kind on each floor. The owner is very warm n ready to help with ur travel and transport plans. Overall a good stay!!

There is a main road in front of the hotel so I couldn't sleep at night because of the noise of the cars, but the location wasn't a problem and I thought it was a very good hotel!

Location is very close to new Delhi railway station and just 150 meters of exist gate. Rooms are spacious but not good . Service is poor as they will not provide you basic things in hotel. Manager behaviour is very rude although few staff members are good. Basic kitchen is at back tea and coffee given is good.

Hotel Shri Vinayak was good, the rooms here were spacious and the staff was humble and kind. What I liked the most about this place was that special attention was given to cleanliness and the check-in was fast. The reception was available 24 hours to help, so we faced no difficulty at all. We had a king size bed with a hot tub & a fun time playing in the gym after we had gone out for supper (DELICIOUS food you will want to eat there!) There are fun shops @ both places to spend some time....and in the morning the continental breakfast was incredible!! I’ve stayed here many times. Last time was 2 Year’s ago. This year there were many additions to the room. I thought it was unique to not have any of that, to disconnect from those conveniences. While this is nice, it increased the price a bit. I will still stay here as it is convenient to town and a comfortable place and nice staff.

The location is unbeatable for catching a bus or metro, as it's right by Kashmere Gate. Disliked: Some rooms (like 102) face a noisy road and construction site. The experience was good no hectic process for check in even they provide early check in on our request and room was clean and spacious also the location is quite nearby to the railway station so it was easily to reach there my dad choose every time this property bcz of its convenient for them.

Hotel is situated between Patel Nagar and Shadipur Metro Station. Stayed at Deluxe Room and found it to be OK. Cleanliness is taken care. Food is not that great but OK. So is buffet breakfast. It`s a good hotel to stay for 1 or 2 days. Market is within walking distance.

Rooms were average. Hotel price was actually not more than 3000. I paid 7600. Hence very overpriced. Further breakfast was very ordinary and someone has played advertisement for ayurvedic viagra on breakfast table music system. This was very awkward. I won't recommend this placenta anyone especially with family.

Hotel Metro Heights has a good location, but my stay wasn’t pleasent. The washroom wasn’t clean and the hair dryer didn’t work. The staff asked for cash right away when delivering food instead of adding it to the bill, which felt unprofessional. Also, the AC switch was faulty. Needs better maintenance and service.Better hotels are available at this price.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Location is good, beside the main road in Greater Kailash 1 area. Very near to Nehru place, Lotus temple and Lajpat Nagar - all within 50-60 rupee auto ride. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, amenities are not good, they don't provide basic things like toothpaste-toothbrush and shampoo. Breakfast is not included in the room and you have to pay 250 rupee/ per person...

The futons were dirty and unsanitary. Also, there was no hot shower, which was a real problem.

Although it says room service is available 24 hours, it's actually unavailable after midnight. There were no towels or other amenities. If you want a hot shower, you can call the front desk and they'll give you one in about 10 minutes.

The room booked is not suitable

I took a private room and it was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helped with any questions I had. They arranged airport pick up from New Delhi and even though I arrived late, the driver waited for me and was very friendly. They can help with any site seeing, sim cards or anything.
