Overall we had confirmable budget stay. The only reason I give 4/5 is the room/washroom was not clean. there were mosquitos/small insects flying in the room that spooked off me.
The host Sitaram ji is wonderful personality. he helped us plan our tour in the city and gave tips and getting auto or visiting fort etc.
Overall it was good, budget friendly stay.

Owner rude and asks for extra money when we checked in and told us all rooms are full, then he showed different room asking for extra 300 rupees to get that room. All rooms were empty, they just want extra money. Worst behavior, dont book this hotel. There are many hotels in that area with good hotels.

We had a confirmed booking from Mumbai, and our check-in time was clearly communicated in advance. However, when we arrived at 6 AM, the staff asked us to wait and made us sit in the waiting area for almost two hours.
Even after taking extra charges, they did not provide the room at the promised time.
Because of the delayed room handover, we also lost our sightseeing time. Our cab had already arrived and even that had to wait for almost an hour, which caused more inconvenience and extra cost.
The room was clean overall, but it was still not ready at the scheduled check-in time, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly before giving us the room.
This entire experience was disappointing, especially since everything was already booked and confirmed.
The management really needs to improve their check-in process and respect the timings they promise to guests.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was also convenient and peaceful — perfect for a relaxing trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would like to specially thanks to Sitaram uncle and Ayyub uncle for guiding me for my solo trip

The place could be so much better if only the staff was motivated. There is no organisation, no system, no efficiency for nothing. All is ok only, when everything could be so much better with a little extra work. It is such a pity because both the house and the location are nice...

I stayed here after a few bad experiences the past days in other cities. I was very pleasantly surprised. I thought it was great value for my money. Especially for being on a budget while traveling. The owner was very caring and helpful. The room was pretty good. Lots of hot water for shower. I felt safe and slept great so for me that’s a win!!! I would stay back. Only draw backs While there is nothing wrong with their food. I ate there twice. There is better options close by so I would explore other places. Only complaint. I had them do some laundry for me and it came back dirtier Will have to get it re done in next place. Both minor things. Over all was very happy and would recommend for budget travellers.

I went here for 2 nights as a friend booked it for me and it was a really charming little place. the facilities are minimal but it felt clean secure and with very very welcoming staff. The family that runs this place are really charming.

Really friendly and helpful staff, and a very comfortable family-run hotel. We felt a lot more comfortable at this hotel than at other hotels in India. Would definitely recommend! Thank you very much for all the help and kindness!

• Service ?️ : It was ok, but could be improved.
• Restaurant ?: Waited way too long for just a fruit salad, 1 water, a cup of tea (by the way I asked for lemon tea and they brought me green tea) and vegetables pakora (fried). Food was too salty and not professionally cooked, fruit seemed fresh.
