Over all experience was bad. Only staff was good however room condition was very bad the Tap was leaked. And washroom was dirty.

The behavior of the hotel staff is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I booked this hotel on the 27th, and when I stayed there on the 31st, a serious incident occurred. The staff began demanding additional money, which is completely outrageous and intolerable, especially considering the poor condition of the room and overall services. This kind of harassment is unacceptable, and no guest should ever be subjected to such behavior. I strongly warn others to avoid this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. The rooms are very small and dirty, and they don’t even clean them daily. Cockroaches can be seen crawling around. Nothing is available in the rooms. Basic essentials like towels, water, etc. are not provided. You have to request everything everyday separately. Breakfast is not available, and there is no dining area in the hotel. From the neighboring rooms, the smell of cigarettes keeps coming, and when you complain, they only suggest spraying room freshener. For drinking water, used and refilled bottles are kept on the ground floor in some corner for self-service. For extra bedding, they provide a filthy mattress, sheet, and dirty blanket. The toilets are dirty, foul-smelling, and the exhaust fans don’t work. It was an extremely bad experience. I would give it less than even 1 star.

Worst Service ever, Worst staff, giving attitude when i ask them to change the room. unhygine, smelly rooms, blankets bed sheets pillow covers have dirty marks like someone has spitted on them, washrooms so dirty. Total wastage of money

So we reached Jaipur at 1AM in the morning and as we entered the hotel few guests were fighting with the reception guys for some room issue, after 15 mins they asked for our ID (Me, My Mom and my Dad. After showing them the ID the reception guys started saying we cannot accept your moms id because in her name her husband name is not written and we made them understand not in every ID husbands name is return and they completed rejected saying we cannot provide checkin you do whatever you want. My mom who is 54 and my dad who is above 60 and these people wanted a proof to show if my mom dad are married they also asked for marriage certificate. They started yelling at us and even I started yelling and then they said do whatever you want we won’t accept. This is the worst experience with OYO properties. These reception people are just sitting their with no knowledge they were also puffing cigarettes in front of us. Is this what OYO all about? I am never booking any room from OYO
