We stayed at The Theme Hotel, Jaipur for three nights during the Christmas period. The rooms themselves were decent, clean, and comfortable, and the overall look of the hotel is fine. However, the service was very disappointing, especially considering the high seasonal rates. For basic things like towels, we had to call multiple times. In one of the rooms, the hot water issue was resolved only on the last night, which should not happen during a paid stay. The Wi-Fi did not work on any of the days, which was inconvenient, and we constantly had to follow up for even small requests. Amenities were lacking—there was no conditioner provided, and although a gym is mentioned, it was not operational, with no clear communication from the staff. Overall, the rooms are average and acceptable, but the service and management need significant improvement. Given the prices charged during peak season, the experience did not feel worth it especially during breakfast every time was not available and no one was there to refill While the hotel has potential, better service, proper amenities, clearer communication are needed. I would not recommend staying here.

Warm Welcome: Staff should be welcoming, professional, and ready to assist guests with a genuine, friendly attitude. Cleanliness & Hygiene: This is a basic necessity. Rooms, bathrooms, and public areas must be spotless. Comfort & Functionality: Rooms should be well-appointed with comfortable beds, functional climate control, quality curtains, modern charging sockets, and sufficient storage space.

Great location, best hotel for the value. My room had a spectacular view of the city. Another plus for me was the tvs had multiple American channels. Breakfast was more than I expected A+.The front and butlers were more than helpful on our stay.

It was very superb experience of staying in Theme hotel. It is very hygiene fabulous ambience,very delicious food and breakfast was so delicious healthy like steamed vegitables ,stuffed bason chilla. Service was very excellant. Staff namely Ms Dilbhar Rao,ms Kishmat,mr Gautam & mr Chanderjeet were very benign and cooperative having smile face. It is situated at Tonk Road means on a very good location. In a nutshell,if someone wish to visit Jaipur I suggest you must stay here at least once to have your own experience in support what I shared with you.

This was the cleanest hotel I stayed at in India. It had everything I needed, the rooms were spacious, the toilets and showers were easy to use, and the food was delicious.
The staff were very gentlemanly and memorable.
The location is also very convenient, as it's close to the airport and there's a small store nearby where you can get drinks and food.
This hotel was wonderful, so my trip to Jaipur was comfortable and I have only fond memories of it.

Overall stay was excellent, room service was excellent, breakfast was superb,, good amount of food was there. Hotel staff is good, aroma of place,, is superb. Gymnasium area was excellent. I am really pleased with the treatment given to us.
