This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for a very long time. Amazing setting is a wonderful city. The rooms, the bar and the restaurant are fantastic. Food superb! The hotel catered to our every needs on a 3 day stay topped off by them recommending Vijay Singh as our city guide. Vijay was by far the best guide we had on our tour of India. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the local culture was top notch!! I would recommend staying here and will be back and would highly recommend anyone visiting the city to get in touch with Vijay.

This is an oasis away from it all set in lovely grounds. We stayed in a luxury suite and it was a room to remember. They have around 13 rooms so even when full it is very quiet so if your want romantic and chilled this is for you - if you want lots of people, noise and buzz I would say it's not. What we appreciated was a busy day out sightseeing coming back to the tranquility of the pool and gardens. The staff here couldn't do enough for you. You do need transport as it's not in a community you walk out the door into but then in most places we've been very few are like that in India.

Extraordinary, exceeded expectations. Breathtaking decor, faultless service . EXCELLENT spa (and I’m picky). FAB food. We stayed in the Kennedy Room which was where Jackie Kennedy stayed when she was here in the 60s. And which has the prettiest ever wallpaper. My favourite bit might have been the “51shades of pink” restaurant. I cannot think of one thing to criticise. Maybe one more plug socket in the room? But that is literally it. BRAVA RAAS (never heard of them before)

Our four-night stay over New Year’s at the Rajmahal Palace (RAAS Jaipur) was nothing short of excellent. We truly enjoyed every aspect of the property. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, always making us feel warmly welcomed and well looked after. The New Year’s Eve celebration was fantastic, set in a beautiful outdoor setting and perfectly organised—it was a truly memorable evening. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful and unforgettable stay at the Rajmahal Palace. We very much look forward to returning.

Probably the most elegant and beautiful hotel in Jaipur by far. Worth the money. The gardens are impressive with the art deco, heated pool, grass tennis court, the interior design so elegant and chic, the 13 rooms makes the hotel intimate… an oasis in the middle of the chaotic Jaipur. You’ll live as a princess.

A lovely historical hotel, amazing decor. We were upgraded to a higher category suite, which was huge, room was nice but we found the bathroom dated It’s a busy city so expect lots of noise which could be heard within our room Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice We eat in the Pink Restaurant which was very good, excellent choice and the food was delicious The service throughout the hotel was very good

Incredible experience at the Raj Mahal Palace. The Mount Batten suite is phenomenal. Service impeccable, the GM is a gracious lady . Only complaint - lack of a proper Christmas tree :) For me Raj Mahal palace outshines rambagh palace!

I truly loved this hotel, it’s seeped in history. It was an amazing experience staying in a palace and it doesn’t feel like a hotel. Only 13 rooms but plenty of grounds and space. Probarbly my favourite hotel out of the 7 we stayed in during our tour of India. Fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a Sukh Niwas room (one of 2) in its own part of the hotel. This was the entry room category but it was grand & majestic. It had a lovely bedroom, separate sitting room, dressing area and bathroom. Not the largest bathroom but ample for our needs. The bed was the best we slept in during our holiday. The hotel has a pillow menu too. Breakfast was top quality and service outstanding. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. The pool area was gorgeous and we spent an afternoon round the pool as it was so special. The hotel is owned by the royal family of Jaipur and guests get free entry to the Royal Palace with access to the private rooms.

The first thing you notice about the Rajmahal, Jaipur is the decor it’s like a modern twist on Imperial days of the Maharajas, which incidentally it is still owned by its modern descendants! It’s all pinks and seafoam greens it’s like entering a doll house or going down with Alice down Wonderland!! Staff are all pleasant and accommodating, would stay here again if we return to Jaipur!!
