The Saibaba Hotel in Chennai

10D, as it is fondly called, is barely 100 ft from my office and has as such been unofficially nominated as the ‘quick option for a decent workday meal’

The lunch combos are a delight. They have the right portion to make you feel like you had a 3 course meal (without the customary drowsiness, that usually accompanies such meals)

The place is well suited for both the young, college crowd as well professionals looking to grab some lunch. The music isn’t too intrusive and allows for chatter and talk.

There is one issue that is a bit of put off. When dining in groups bigger than 4, they usually recommend the seating arranged inside a room. While the room is comfortable and cozy, the service is close to appalling. It becomes a task to get someone to wait on you inside that room.

If it weren’t for that one factor, i suppose 10D has it all.

I do realize, that for a review about a resto-bar, there isn’t any mention of the bar or alcohol part, but as a teetotaler, I am completely in that area!

I'll say this is one of the best place in chennai to hangout with your loved ones but not with your friends. As a part of couple entries boys are not allowed rather than a stag. Hopefully it will be better if you get hangout with your loved ones.

This pub is the best deal for weekend lunch combos where you get lunch+beer+dessert ~ Rs.300. Good ambience, fine music -sometimes loud, staffs are helpful. They have a theme for each night so you can check them out.

Good place for food. Has a small dance floor. Parking is difficult. Otherwise great place for an evening. Reasonably priced

Very cool place to hang out. The staff is very friendly. The ambience is quite soothing but can improve on the lighting but will set your mood right.

DJ, MC, GAMES Unlimited Wine, sparkling wine, various spirits with classic bar man mixture... Lavish buffet with different live preparation and appetizer. Bring all your foots to our dance floor The Crown Rooftop Restaurant.

Best one for a romantic date or anniversary. Very nice ambience. A candle light would have added more grace.

Steak quality should be improved. Medium was like well done. Rest was awesome.
