Rooms were amazingly clean, modern and well kept! Luxurious! Above all was the warmth, professionalism and genuine care of the staff. Breakfast buffet deserves special mention!

Nice hospitality, spacious rooms, and great food. However, the overall maintenance could be better. The bathroom door in my room was misaligned and the lock was broken. I was stuck inside the bathroom for about 20 minutes before the staff arrived. They informed me that it couldn’t be repaired until the next day.
They then showed me another room, but when I asked the staff to check the bathroom door there as well, they confirmed that the lock in that room was also broken. This gave the impression that facility maintenance needs improvement.
While checking out, they asked if anything was less than perfect, and I mentioned this issue. They offered a 20% discount on the dinner bill, but there was no adjustment to the stay charges. I did not request any compensation. Expected somewhat better treatment from ITC.

The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, and the service throughout the stay was exceptional.
The staff went above and beyond by providing an umbrella for my visa interview since it was raining, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. They were also very accommodating with my check-in time upon request, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
The food was absolutely delicious — I genuinely enjoyed every meal. Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Only concern was smoking room was given. Initially they told us that only lobby on the floor is smoking not the room. Had difficult my in breathing in night time.

One problem- the shower cubicle door opens outward instead of inward. This could be rectified. Otherwise water drips onto the bathroom floor when the shoer door is opened

BEWARE ! These guys charge a 10% Service charge. In my observation, 9 out of 10 people don't question it and pay it off....
Legally speaking : The restaurant should inform the customers well in advance before billing them ( either through a visible placard at entry or on the menu card ). They don't do it and people typically pay it off with or without any questions...very few people request them to take it out.

Fabulous eating joint. Delicious Chinese preparation. Slightly costlier. Beer was too expensive (Rs. 75 pint for 260).

Good food, reasonable. Water was good but the water jug had water stains. Entrance need to be improved. Difficult to locate actual restaurant.

Check your bill before paying. They don't hesitate to add hundreds of rupees to the bill thinking you wouldn't notice. We were over charged nearly 300 rupees by the wait staff .

Meals were quite good. Had a variety of items as part of the meals package. If you are a non vegetarian, let them know and they may serve you fish curry as a side dish.
I decided on getting an extra non veg dish to go with the meal only to regret it later. The meal by itself was quite filling and satisfying. The non veg side dish- country chicken curry was quite average; there was nothing Andhra or anything else great about it.
