We reached at 22:45hrs and check in at 23:00hrs. We requested for 2 room keys which was denied saying only one key is issued. We had to take our own luggage and hunt for our room - nobody to escort. Since restaurant was closed we ordered from room service they give you option of only Bugers and sandwich but finally managed to get chicken fried rice (decent enough). No Hot water for shower (After cold shower upon checking with Reception was told that they provide hot water in the bucket). Shower drain clogs and the health faucet sprays from all sides. The drawer is broken. The hot water kettle is a damaged one. The sheets and towels are stained ( the Executive Housekeeper will inform you that they are washed but stains are not going). Curtains not fixed properly. Socket not working. Morning breakfast below average even Idlis, with no proper cutlery. If you request to meet the General Manager of the property, always busy in ZERO result oriented meetings. I am saying this because no analysis of past reviews are done and same terrible stay for high rates. We are charged closer to double price that is shown online. I would rate it as 1 star hotel Aashie

I had comfortable stay in V7 hotel a week. Right place for business & leisure traveller's. Great hospitality services & taste of food is excellent at Flavors restaurant I will definitely recommend to my colleague for their stay. I will keep coming..

I don't think it's the best location and the water is hard.. but the people are kind and if u ask for a particular food.. they do make it for you .. so I would definitely recommend it..just beware of cockroaches..and if u have ur car it's best cos getting a cab can be difficult

This hotel has extremely poor hygiene. Every corner and surface is covered in dust, making it an uncomfortable and unhealthy environment to stay in. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and it seemed like no effort was made to maintain basic cleanliness standards. The bathroom was also dirty, with stains and a foul odor. Even the common areas like the lobby and hallways were dusty and unkempt. I’ve stayed in many hotels before, but this was by far the worst experience of my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances.

The hotel was not having a good reception . the person at the reception probably saw us and gave us the worst room possible . the room was in 4th floor and horrible things is the lift is always occupied or skips 4th floor every time .
the room has broken wardrobe, there was no ceiling fan as mentioned in the description . the bathroom was not painted in the ceiling . the power sockets were not working . the ac was also not effective.
the washroom in the restaurant was overflowing and was wet everywhere . more over this is not an 3 star hotel , may be 0.3star hotel. have stayed here 4 years ago. the quality and standard has come so so down

Unfortunately, my stay was extremely uncomfortable due to multiple issues:The AC cooling was inadequate, and despite multiple calls to the reception, the issue was not resolved.

Very bad service from day one. 1. Rooms are not clean and maintained. 2. Room service support is very poor. 3. Response from the receptionist is also very poor. 4. Food is so much costlier and not tasty also. 5. Totally, i am not happy about staying in this hotel. 6. I am not recommending any one very bad experience.

Very bad room. Didn't expect such worst room and not worth for the money paid. No maintenance at all. Shower, telephone, kettle not working. Room screen for broken. Booked for a standard room but they have allocated a twin bed room where we couldn't accommodate with my kid. Though they moved the cot together but still it's not comfortable. Toilet flush is also not working properly.
