I noticed that the 3 different departments operate independently I.e the luggage , the Spa and restaurant.
If all can talk to each other with discounts to customers, will promote customers satisfaction
One young guy from reception , Ravi as signed in my laundry invoice , was not committed to providing satisfactory customer service.
Room was allocated basis if you are a single occupant or a couple.
Room allocated from 05-07 Jan was satisfactory, however room allocated for my 09-12 Jan stay was not proper as I had a few problems with respect to aircon , light controls and also the entrance door to the bathroom.
I hope these problems can be addressed for my next stay

Pros: very well maintained. The hotel staff and house keeping were very polite. They attend to your queries. Any issues they attend very fast.
The cons, the twin bed is very small hahaha compared to other hotels.
Will rate 9/10 becos of the small bed hahaha

The place is over priced and infested with mosquitoes. You can complain all you can no one will care. Very basic staple tasteless food is served for breakfast. Upon checkout 10 staff wait greedily for tips

Rooms clean and modern.
Restraunt good and staff in restraunt excellent.
Porters provide good service and friendly and cheerful, making you feel at home.

Minus points:
Staff at reception morose and need training.
Rarely smiling or making eye contact.
They seem unaware of shopping areas in city or attractions in city and not helpful with queries.

Lobby is dated with old furniture. Also noisy and infested with mosquitoes. No newspapers at lobby.
Not 5 star standard.

Duty Manager Rajesh threaten to throw my luggages out if I don't check out by 2pm.
24hours hotel but ?
Check in 2am on 16th December and hotel only informed me on 17th December at 138pm to check out by 2pm, and im not in the hotel at the time this duty manager Rajesh called me and demanded I should check out by 2pm or less he will throw my luggages out.
Wow what a great customer service.
Never going back to the hotel again.

Great location. Its my second time staying there. High service standards, clean place and staff are helpful. Only feedback I have is the breakfast should have more western choices. Its 95% indian food which dont go well for some tourists if you know what I mean. Other than that, you will enjoy the stay there.

Breakfast is almost the same every day with no variety. Also, the assistant manager at the breakfast area is very rude 😫. She doesn’t know how to handle customers in a patient or polite manner.

10D, as it is fondly called, is barely 100 ft from my office and has as such been unofficially nominated as the ‘quick option for a decent workday meal’

The lunch combos are a delight. They have the right portion to make you feel like you had a 3 course meal (without the customary drowsiness, that usually accompanies such meals)

The place is well suited for both the young, college crowd as well professionals looking to grab some lunch. The music isn’t too intrusive and allows for chatter and talk.

There is one issue that is a bit of put off. When dining in groups bigger than 4, they usually recommend the seating arranged inside a room. While the room is comfortable and cozy, the service is close to appalling. It becomes a task to get someone to wait on you inside that room.

If it weren’t for that one factor, i suppose 10D has it all.

I do realize, that for a review about a resto-bar, there isn’t any mention of the bar or alcohol part, but as a teetotaler, I am completely in that area!

I'll say this is one of the best place in chennai to hangout with your loved ones but not with your friends. As a part of couple entries boys are not allowed rather than a stag. Hopefully it will be better if you get hangout with your loved ones.

This pub is the best deal for weekend lunch combos where you get lunch+beer+dessert ~ Rs.300. Good ambience, fine music -sometimes loud, staffs are helpful. They have a theme for each night so you can check them out.
