Nice hotel. The room had a bit of humidity but was otherwise pleasant. The rooftop pool was a real plus, as was the gym with city views and the spa.

Worst hotel experience in Chennai. The rooms were extremely dirty, amenities were poor, and basic cleanliness was completely lacking. The management was also unprofessional and unresponsive. Definitely not recommended.

Horrible experience. Some of the staff were unhelpful and came across as rude. The air-conditioning in the room was not working and despite informing them, it was not fixed.

The hotel is also very inconvenient as autos are not allowed to drive up to the entrance, which made access difficult.

Most unacceptable was that housekeeping discarded my brand new medicated face soap and our new toothbrushes without any reason. This is completely unprofessional.

The room itself had a mouldy smell and felt very run down. Overall, the standard of this hotel is far below expectations. Management seriously needs to review both their service quality and maintenance.

The toilet/bathroom is very small and the fittings appear quite old. The setup does not seem to have been upgraded for many years and definitely needs renovation.

The room phone was not working, which was inconvenient during the stay.

The food quality is good, however the breakfast management needs improvement. Guests are allowed into the dining area without proper seating allocation, so we had to wait and search for a table ourselves. When all tables are occupied, the staff should manage the flow of guests instead of allowing everyone in at once.

Overall: It is acceptable for a short stay of a couple of nights, but it may not be ideal for a comfortable leisure stay.

Excellent hotel with super efficient staff. The restaurant is great, and the breakfast is superb. The rooftop pool is a real plus, and the evening atmosphere is beautiful, despite the car horns from the street. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience I checking night 2 am for 6 hour only they donot have king bed room which I book,took 20 min to oblidge me that I am upgrading your room but twin bed which I refused so after 10 more minuuts fighting was given king bed but her behavior also not good ,in night 2 am if I have to waste 30 min to check in which like 3 hour for me I told in begging that I am here only for 6 hour still she wasted my 30 min and no regret rather obliging ,secondly room even upgraded by their standard was very bad 50 year old toilet no renovation at all no telephone shower ,not clear the leg as for bath tub water only to fill tub,I will never stay again neither recommend

Simple hotel with basic necessities covered. The decor of the hotel features vintage Bollywood posters and the hotel used to be a film set. Comfortable and aesthetic, with lots of international restaurants nearby. Infront of the hotel there is also lots of shopping opportunities available! Nice and affordable!

Have been to this place before... but i noticed that the quality of food and service has much improved since. The starters were decent. As any live grill restaurant, some of the dishes were blatantly under cooked. Cant blame them for that, that's the whole idea on a live grill. The main course wasn't impressive. Desserts were brilliant. I wanted to try every single dessert available but my stomach dint quite help me out. What stood apart from all this is the service. Thought it was quite slow sometimes, the waiters were very attentive and polite.

Good buffet with unlimited starters of veg and non veg. Huge selection of deserts. Only problem is that the menu is the same every day except for maybe one change. Service is fantastic and they bend over backwards to make sure you have a great time.

Cafe Coffee Day a.k.a CCD good place for quick bite, my favorite strawberry milk shake... It's was superb... And Banana chips masala.... ENJOY....

We really can't complain the taste but they charge too much. I was not very much happy about the food after i received their bill. Also the quantity of the biriyani and chicken fried rice(that's what we ordered) very less. I would definitely not recommend for the frequent visit.

Good south Indian chettinadu restaurant in Chennai. Its very famous for biryani. The side dishes are also very famous. We had special thali which came along with 2 piece chicken with variety of curries. We ordered prawn masala which was very spicy and delicious. Sambar was nice. The place is crowded by locals daily. Most of the crowd are family. During lunch time office goers frequent during weekdays.
