Good location and convenient for us as it was a 2-3 min walk away from KREA admin office, where we had to report early in the morning. Restaurant manager was kind enough to open the breakfast buffet early for us, so that we could have a quick bite. Had booked a superior room, but the room alloted to us looked pretty basic. Fittings in bathroom were not not that great. The washbasin tap was pretty tight and difficult to operate. Dispensers for shampoo and handwash were not working property. Luckily the shower gel dispenser was working fine. There was an odd smell in the corridor outside the room. Breakfast buffet was decent, but dinner a-la-carte was ordinary taste-wise. Our hotel booking said that we will get 15% off on food. But they gave only 10% off on room service and no discount on restaurant bill. Overall, I would suggest to look at this place only if you have a location constraint.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel, marked by complete unprofessionalism and a blatant disregard for business ethics. The staff prioritized revenue generation over guest service—demanding full advance payment while making false commitments that were never honored. Communication was rude and discourteous; basic courtesy seemed absent. Service ethics were nonexistent, with no regard for standard hospitality norms. Ultimately, I was denied check-in despite prior arrangements, solely due to their unprofessional handling. This hotel knows only how to chase money, not deliver on promises. I strongly advise avoiding it for any business or leisure travel.

1. Hotel staff must be trained on their behaviour & hospitality, Especially the reception staffs (Intentionally sharing fake information regarding check out timing and acting very generous as if they are offering grace time, Staff must learn the way they behave with customers . 2. Food was served ice cold, during the restaurant normal working time. ( direct from refrigerator, which was also accepted by the restaurant staff ). 3. Key card was not functioning many a times and the hotel staff being reluctant to help the guest in such a situation. 4. Overall it's a nice place which is being ruined by unprofessional behaviour of staffs.

Great location, helpful staff, decent breakfast spread and large rooms make it a good pick. The beds, however, need an urgent replacement. Though the hotel asks guests not to smoke many of them do smoke in the rooms and that can be a challenge. I had to change my room/floor because of this issue. But, the staff was very helpful.

Real delicious pizza and heavenly perfectly portioned beef steak. The pasta was also incredibly great. The sauce was perfect and no part of the pasta was left dry. The Walnut Brownie is truly exceptional.

Best cupcake lover retreat! Really awesome space and amazing decors. There's even a few books to read while enjoying your cupcakes. Cupcakes are about 100~150 each. A bit costly but completely worth it.

Clueless in chennai is how I would rate myself when it comes to the city and the places that bake cupcakes.To cut the long story short,I had to order some cakes as a surprise for a friend in Chennai and Amore came to my rescue and in what grand style!I placed an online order without checking on the weather in Chennai!It was pouring in Chennai the day I wanted them to be delivered,but hey-rest assured when u place orders with Amore-they are meant to be delivered not to be cancelled:)Kavita and her staff did a fantastic job of ensuring that the cakes were delivered with no compromise to the experience or the taste.My friend absolutely loved the cakes.Thank you Kavita and Amore for doing what you people did.Thank you.
