Apparently this is old hotel that just changed name.
Insulation was poor and I can hear people talking outside
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff made all the difference. Check-in was seamless, and every team member, whether at reception, in the restaurant, or around the property was genuinely attentive and eager to help. Their warmth and sincerity turned a good stay into a memorable one.
The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, with every amenity you could need. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, perfect for sinking into after a long day exploring Bali. As of Nov 2025, the hotel looks brand new.
Breakfast offered a solid variety: Asian, Western, and local options, plus fresh juices, soda, and milk. It may not rival the sprawling buffets of luxury resorts, but it was more than enough to leave you happily full.
One note: Sound from a nearby mosque can carry early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs or request a room farther from the street side.
Despite that, I’d wholeheartedly recommend Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Ngurah Rai.
Excellent value, outstanding staff, and a clean, comfortable base for your Bali adventures.
