They can improve a lot. With a really good location, next to the train station and a good external image, you could expect more. The sheets are all stained. There is mold in the bathroom. The room and the bathroom were not clean before delivering the room (there was a hair in the toilet, death mosquitos on the towels and dust everywhere). At least the hot shower works 24/7 as well as the AC.

The location is very good for the airport. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, but it is bad that there is no restaurant on site.

Hotel Senen Indah is a very great place to stay when you need to stay near Station Pasar Senen. For 2 starred hotel, i think that the service is good. The room is wide and clean. The breakfast offered was good also. This hotel is syariah hotel.

I stayed here at night because i need to take train in the morning. One thing to consider is this hotel is located near to the station, so you will hear the voice of train and announcement frequently. But, that is not a problem for me. I would like to stay again in this hotel in the future.

The room is old. There is no hot water. It should be because of the hot weather in Indonesia that many hotels do not provide hot water service. The air conditioner is very slow to cool. But it is close to the train station.
