What made the situation even worse was that despite not receiving the service we paid for, the hotel refused to process any refund. It’s completely unacceptable to list rooms as available when there’s no staff to receive guests. Why offer accommodations if guests can’t even access them?
I also tried to contact them via email, but received no response whatsoever. This is not only unprofessional, but also shows a complete lack of responsibility and care for guests.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s misleading, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the risk.
Bathroom was okay, but the hot water not work quite well.
Fast and efficient check-in and check-out.
