I was planning to stay just one night but extended to 3 nights.
At the first night, the room that was assigned was very big, but the hot water was not working. Complained to the front desk and they immediately assigned new room that wasn't too big, but it had a working hot water and everything was just right.
The staff was very helpful, they even helped to solve my problem, when I forgot one of my belongings in the room. Very swift response of the front desk, worthy of 4 thumbs up!
The hotel location is foodie heaven, hawker stall was right in front of hotel, ATM was very near located inside a convenience store.
Recommended hotel, would stay here again if I had another business around Sunter area.

The location is near various restaurants, minimarkets, Total fruit market, Holland Bakery, Pizza Hut Delivery etc. The room is pretty spacious and clean.

Hotel staff was great. Hotel didn’t come with room slippers or hair dryer (had to ask for it at the front counter). There was only one lift so it was kinda inconvenient when there are many people using it. Toilet was super dirty especially the showering area.

In general it’s okay for the price but cleanliness wasn’t really good in my opinion.
