Third time I come never disappointed the staff are nice. If one day you can't sleep don't complain about it just ask earpad they will deliver to you thank you see you next time

Hotel is very convenient, right beside Sarinah, where you can enjoy Filosofi Kopi till late night. It's also walkable to the mall - about a 10 minutes walk to Grand Indonesia. Room-wise, it is rather small and extremely dark (although it's supposed to be the "vibe" of the place, as shared by the reception). It could do with more charging points - for non-locals, please bring along an adaptor as well!

It is a really cool chic hotel. Conveniently located next to Sarinah and can walk to Grand Indonesia. Near train stations too.

The room is clean, spacious and come with unique wall painting. Morning buffet breakfast is superb and delicious with local food served. Definitely will come back again if travel back to Jakarta again!

The hotel has a beautiful design and a cozy café. The rooftop area is amazing — perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Great atmosphere and overall a pleasant stay.

My recent stay at ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta was fantastic, largely thanks to the wonderful staff. Their friendliness and willingness to help made a real difference – one of them even shielded me with an umbrella on my way to the taxi during a rain shower. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of tasty options. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate croissant and the comforting chicken porridge. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable atmosphere.

Very neat and calm place. Only place where I got some good veg options in the Central Jakarta. Quick service and very courteous. Special hour menu available daily between 1 and 3, which is a good option. Very cosy place, yet trendy. Evening hang around is famous there. View from there towards Sarinah is awesome.. Must visit place in Jakarta..

Last night I went to this Pizza Hut with an Indonesian friend of mine for dinner, we were seated at a table that seemed clean , however as soon as I put my hands on the table, i felt like I had my hands on a filter of glue so fealty that I had to go to washroom to wash my hands from elbows down to fingers.
Twice the cleaned with same rags finally we put a lots of tissues on the table, the service was poor and the food came later than normal time, meanwhile the Pepsi sitting on the table and getting flat , I ask them to change it and they did , they were not too happy about it. All I can say I won't eat meal at this branch.

I hate this type of fast food, but it actually saved me... we had some really bad local food 3 days in a row, just had to get something consistent and reliable. Although not the best, did the job

Standard steak customized to indonesian taste. It doesnt offer many choice of meat, only USDA, new zealand, local and no wagyu if you love that fancy meats. In the past, they only served french fries, now you can order mashed potatoes...
