I recently stayed at Horison Balairung Jakarta and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located in East Jakarta, close to Central Jakarta, which makes it very convenient for both business trips and sightseeing. The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages.
✅ Friendly and helpful staff – the service throughout my stay was warm and professional, and check-in/check-out was smooth.

Recommended for those who wants to stay near Jakarta Heart Center. We should standby near hospital so we choose this hotel for few nights. Great hospitality and nice access for pubic transportation also.

Minang theme hotel here, from atmosphere and food. Unique design of roof building, very easy to indicate the hotel location. To add the keyroom you have to add deposit (as their rules).

Staff are very responsive and handy assist you

We are here for the iftar buffet at Santan restaurant, it was a great experience. The service is great, all the staff is very quick to respond and friendly. The food quality is great, very traditionally authentic 😉✨ Ayam kalio is definitely my favorite. The assorted snack also complete & delicious 😋
