I am happy with the hotel service. The location is at a convenient location but I am sissapointes with the noise from the New Year party.

I read other reviews mentioning that the Hotel was a bit dated. Not in my opinion, rooms looks pretty new and well mantained. However, the room I got was very different from the one in the pictures posted, so I have asked for a change. The lobby manager was kind and, since all others were booked, he upgraded me for one night in a large, spacious and beautiful suite. Had to change room the day after, but I was traveling alone, so not a big deal. Breakfast was so-so, but I never managed to find a really good one in Jakarta so far.
Last day, I asked for a late check-out (8pm) and the hotel proposed a full day charge as per their policy. Well, I did it twice in similar hotel in Jakarta and I was never charged so much. That was disappointing . I declined and book another (cheaper) hotel.

The service is good and a good location, but the rooms are not soundproof, you can hear a lot a noise mainly if you are on the side of the hotel receiving area and the staff entrance mainly early morning and late night

The location is excellent, very close to the Vice President's office. The rooms are clean, and the service is good. There's a restaurant on the first floor, and some great Chinese restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Always love the breakfast buffet, great room too although not very spacy, a good place to stay at if you’re looking to go to the CFD

This is a standard business hotel. I always stay here because my office is right across the street. Everything is pretty much as expected. The service is acceptable, but the breakfast quality has declined, and the room ventilation isn't great.

The facilities are a bit dated. I'd suggest providing complimentary bottled water in the rooms, as fetching water from the hallway was inconvenient and I also had some hygiene concerns. The location, however, was excellent; it's incredibly convenient for getting around.

It is a lot worse than most review here. I expect the ambience to picture shanghai during the 1920s, but what I got was that the place was as old as 1920s. Very dark and antique. Photo of (most likely) dead people was on the wall and could smell incense (or may be just my imagination due to the ambience. On the other side, the food was quite good.
