You can pay per night , weekly or monthly here. Room is quiet big, bed comfortable , with table and chair to do your stuff. Unfortunately there's no breakfast available or free drinking water. WiFi is adequate but hardly able to connect due to maximum or high connections. Price is kind of expensive for this kind of quality services. There's also small parking area at the front of hotel

Thank a lot! I was in Jakarta 6 days, before this place, I lived in two different hotel, BUT I can't live there.

rented for 3 months and just cant wait to find a new place. bad wifi connection, rude management, average cleanliness, stained on linen, security guard was nice tho. a very overprice place for the services they offer and none of them complains were taken into action

a very lame homestay with rude management people and owner.
I rented the room monthly for 3 months and decided to out.
- extremely slow and unstable wi-fi
- cockroaches are found coupled of times in bathroom
- noisy married neighbors who argue and fight a lot.
- running rat's noise in the ceiling.
- yellowish bed linen
I have complained those, but none was taken.

Spacious rooms, with TV, mini fridge, and a closet. The bed is quite comfortable, and they also have a nice table and chair. The wifi was good. The service was also good, but they do not provide breakfast.
