Nice place to stay. Room is clean and as shown in picture. Receptionist staff is nice. I left my sandals and they contact me via whatsapp in the afternoon. One thing I like is their toothbrush is so cute, with soft blue and pink color. Definitely recommend to stay here.
Additional note : they have Roti’O outlet in the entrance, should try!

The room, although a little small but so comfortable and homey. I stayed for 3 nights. One thing that needs to be taken care of is that the hot water is not working properly at certain times. Other than that, my stay was fab!

Overall, the room and bathroom r clean. The location is also near to Lotte mall and ciputra entrepreneur hall. There's electric keetle inside the room along with its condiments (inst. tea and coffee). It's comfortable and I have a plesant stay.

The area is great, but the room? I know we chose the cheap one, but that doesn’t mean you have to give us dirty room.

Wifi wasn’t great, a bit slow. Room was dirty. They didn’t give us hairdryer till we asked them about it. And no fridge?!! Hmmm.

I wish I could take picture of the dirty floor, the corner area, i did see the corner is dirty, i was like lemme see if they clean that, we came back, they did came to our room to clean but that corner? Nope. The dust still there. Means they didn’t clean it properly.

The staff? I think they need to be more friendly, they a bit cold.

Rooms are basic and clean. No complaints.
Service was good. And the location is very very good if you are looking at being around Mega Kuningan. Solid 3 star hotel surrounded by 5 star hotels such as Ritz Carlton and JW Marriot.

It was nice hotel, location was strategic close to many office tower, in the middle of the most busy area in Jakarta

Good position. There's a big shopping mall by 15 mins walking. The bathtub is not very clean, my room is a 2 bed room but rather small.

The hotel provided toothbrush and toothpaste but no comb, no hair dryer, and no fridge.

I think it's worthy for such a price level.

The room is good and clean. The breakfast variety is good. Even though they don't have an egg station around the breakfast buffet area due to space restrictions, you can easily request for your omelette, and they will make it for you.
The only draw back is that there is poor sound insulation between the rooms.
