Great food and great service… Laksa is to die for!

The hotel isn't luxurious; it's quite ordinary. However, it's professionally managed, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to meet traveler needs. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of dishes that change daily. There's 24-hour front desk and dining service, and the staff are very enthusiastic. Rooms are tidied daily, making for a pleasant stay. The owner is a third-generation Chinese Indonesian and is very friendly towards Chinese travelers, offering insights that can help one gain a deeper understanding of Indonesia.

I particularly recommend this hotel to older Chinese tourists because of its excellent location. Regardless of your English proficiency or travel experience, and no matter when you arrive, you can find the hotel on foot without asking for directions or needing to rent a car. This is a significant advantage in Jakarta, where English isn't widely spoken and pedestrian infrastructure can be challenging.

The hotel is located on the northwest corner of Merdeka Square in Jakarta. Merdeka Square is well-known and easy to identify. Gambir Train Station, located on the east side of the square, is the final stop for the Soekarno-Hatta Airport bus into the city. You can easily find the DAMRI bus just outside the airport exit. After getting off at the final stop, walk counter-clockwise along the perimeter of the square to its northwest corner. Cross the road to the west, then use your map navigation, and you'll reach the hotel quickly, in under half an hour.

Nice..n hv breakfast.. not too far from airport..I used grab around below 200 grab cost.. but I hv to early chik out becoz need to on time at KCIC halim station TOWRD to bandung..

The Citi M Hotel is a wonderful hotel. The staff, purely amazing! The staff made me feel like I was at home. Energetic, enthusiastic, and always smiling! The room is comfortable and very nice. Well equipped with everything you need. The air conditioner could use some updating but that’s okay. Wifi was fast and working well. The restaurant downstairs, very delicious as well. I had breakfast and dinner. Very delicious and clean. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I would come back again. Very comfortable. Thank you so much. I appreciate it.

This hotel was great in many aspects: firstly the staff was friendly, helpful and informative. Secondly there are two lifts to the rooms. Thirdly rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were clean and tidy with basic amenities available. Fourth last but not least was the restaurant… eating there was a prize of its own. Pure Indonesian taste, clean place, clean kitchen (I took a look), very good spices and a cherry on top for me Bintang beer! We highly recommend this hotel. We had a 1 night stay in a family room 2 adults and 2 kids. P.S. they offer free shuttle bus to Gambir train station
