Even my first day at this hotel, i already found dozens of cockroaches. Three cockroaches are very huge. The room was okay but the cockroaches is ruining the room, i go to a cafe at 07:30 PM and when i go back there are many cockroaches in my bed. in the room, and in the bathroom, but the room is beautiful without cockroaches.

Satisfied, the location is good, the staff is warm and welcoming, and you can see the panoramic view of Jakarta from the rooftop.

First time check in is smooth and fast but staff at front office/ receptionist was not too helpful with lugage. From first sight, i worried little bit considering about this hotel review and what it look like. The hotel is just one step away from Kuningan City where I had an appointment for my visa at VFS Global - which is super helpful. They’d let me do an hour of early check-in for FREE. However, they didn’t have hair dryer and ironing machine in the room, hence I had to borrow it from the front desk.. they’d prepared the toothbrush, two towels, shampoo and body soap, but no handsoap and hand-towel, unfortunately...

Great place, perfect location. Very close to transport hub and shopping area. The amenities (towel, bedsheet,etc) are not that clean. Need to improve. But overall it’s a great place to stay in South Jakarta

I was concerned about the noise and cleanliness. The towels and sheets were brownish, which made it difficult to stay there. The walls were quite thin, and I could hear a lot of voices and construction noise. However, the staff were well-behaved, and they responded appropriately when I spoke to them.

Pretty good for a stay if you have an event around Kedoya. They offer a light breakfast with standard options, and ordering food won't break the bank as the prices are reasonable.

The hotel is in the Harco Mas complex so if you bring a vehicle you have to pay again. Normally if you bring a motorbike it's 2000 per hour, maybe it's 24 hours so it's a hotel with parking. There's no cooperation like other hotels for guests who are given free vehicles.... From the main road to the hotel, walk about 500 meters and for breakfast there's only white rice, fried noodles and round eggs...

When I came to Electronic City Harco to discuss business, I chose this hotel. It is cost-effective and the key is that it is located opposite the mall. The lobby looks grand, which is a bit inconsistent with the room.

convenient location, tv had streaming services, hot water readily available and aircon was cold. however the receptionist had trouble communicating in english and the overall cleanliness of the room was questionable (stains on the bed, hair on the floor etc.) but it was manageable for a one night stay.

for its affordable price, don't expect anything inside, for a one-day stay, it's okay. The receptionist is friendly, it's quite clean but the room is also small, it's also for sleeping and resting for a while, so it's okay. This price also includes breakfast, even if it's just bread and coffee, but good enough.

Room is very small but clean. Service is tip top. If you dont mind a small simple room. I stayed for a nite and satisfy. In 10pm out 6am to my next destination.

The service here is truly satisfying. I've stayed here many times when I'm in Jakarta and wouldn't consider anywhere else. The location is super strategic, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and polite, and the price is very affordable.

Central location which makes moving around easy. However the facilities are not well maintained and is pretty run-down. Towel has been overused till it's somewhat torn. The end corner of the room lacks wifi and telco coverage making it challenging to get connected.

I came here to see my father in RS Harapan kita.. very handy, very close to visit back and forward.. but no disablled room available for premiere room.. they are joking if the room is could be for disabled.. they just dont understand what dies disabled mean??

The hotel's location is super strategic, it's inside Harkit Hospital, just walk back and forth to the hospital at night so it's safe, the size is ok, only the towels are a bit dirty, the breakfast is standard

Went here for staycation. The room double bed room was clean cozy but a bit dim. Bathroom, water pressure good. The hotel itself is very charming with gym, pool, rooftop bar, cafe and parking. Hotel staff are professional and kind. Location of the hotel is near CP mall for your shopping and various cafes, restaurants, and indomaret/alfamart for 24 hour convenience store options. 9/10

Im booking around 10 rooms with 2 rooms of breakfast and also dinners, but when i arrive at the hotel. the receptionist said that the dinner food already removed since dec 2025. What i mean is why from the hotel didnt tell or inform it from the application before i arrive. thats the most dissapoint things from it

One of budget hotels in the middle of South Jakarta. The price is affordable suited with the facility we get here. I recommend you to come early to its restaurant for having various menu on your breakfast.

It's kind of oldish hotel. It seems like they ever glorious in the past. However, their service is worth it for the prices. (I got discount from agoda). Unfortunately, if you want to stay for more than one night, you have to always ask the receptionist to open your room after 12 pm (check out time), and it's little bit annoying for me. Really like this hotel! It's a budget-friendly hotel with an aesthetic room and good wifi! They have a tiny pool but it's enough even for adults. Haven't tried their breakfast tho, maybe in the next stay, but they provide some takjil during Ramadhan. It's located in Cipete where you can find many good restaurants and cafes around. I always come back to this hotel when I need to stay in South Jakarta...

It is a very good hotel in the local area. It is clean and hygienic. There is plenty of hot water in the room and the environment is elegant. When you arrive at the hotel, you will be greeted by the door to help you drive. There are English-speaking staff at the front desk.

Overall, it's pretty good. It's only 5 kilometers from my client's office, making Grab a convenient ride-hailing service. It's 36 kilometers from the airport. It would be even better if the hotel's cleanliness could be improved; it's about the same standard as three- or four-star hotels in mainland China.

Checking-in problematic. Credit Card machines were said not to work on Google Pay. In the restaurant, the same machine was accepting Google pay. This hotel is a smokers paradise. Even the non-smoking room smelled as if a smoker had been staying there. Noisy rooms (guests..). Every little sound penetrates the walls, doors. Restaurant quite good. Best nasi goreng for years.
