Great place, perfect location. Very close to transport hub and shopping area. The amenities (towel, bedsheet,etc) are not that clean. Need to improve. But overall it’s a great place to stay in South Jakarta

strategis place in central jakarta,around hotel so many street food and indonesia local food,to find big mall just take 15-25 minute,just 30 minute from train station ( GAMBIR ),near Monas ( symbol of Jakarta )

The hotel is nice and comfortable, but during the day, because it's underneath the karoke area, there's a bit of bass noise, but it's still tolerable.

Room was comfortable and cozy. Bathroom was okay, but the hot water not work quite well. Fast and efficient check-in and check-out. And the location is perfect!! Near Indomaret and you can choose many restaurants in walking distance.

I was concerned about the noise and cleanliness. The towels and sheets were brownish, which made it difficult to stay there. The walls were quite thin, and I could hear a lot of voices and construction noise. However, the staff were well-behaved, and they responded appropriately when I spoke to them.

Pretty good for a stay if you have an event around Kedoya. They offer a light breakfast with standard options, and ordering food won't break the bank as the prices are reasonable.

for its affordable price, don't expect anything inside, for a one-day stay, it's okay. The receptionist is friendly, it's quite clean but the room is also small, it's also for sleeping and resting for a while, so it's okay. This price also includes breakfast, even if it's just bread and coffee, but good enough.

The service here is truly satisfying. I've stayed here many times when I'm in Jakarta and wouldn't consider anywhere else. The location is super strategic, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and polite, and the price is very affordable.

Check-in took too long and the front desk service was poor. If it's a daily task like registering a room card, it should be done in advance. It should be done before check-in. The organization is terrible. Breakfast is requested by phone in the room at 7:30, and they go out of their way to bring it, but when I asked for coffee, there was not even water. One of budget hotels in the middle of South Jakarta. The price is affordable suited with the facility we get here. I recommend you to come early to its restaurant for having various menu on your breakfast.

Went here for staycation. The room double bed room was clean cozy but a bit dim. Bathroom, water pressure good. The hotel itself is very charming with gym, pool, rooftop bar, cafe and parking. Hotel staff are professional and kind. Location of the hotel is near CP mall for your shopping and various cafes, restaurants, and indomaret/alfamart for 24 hour convenience store options. 9/10

Im booking around 10 rooms with 2 rooms of breakfast and also dinners, but when i arrive at the hotel. the receptionist said that the dinner food already removed since dec 2025. What i mean is why from the hotel didnt tell or inform it from the application before i arrive. thats the most dissapoint things from it

It's kind of oldish hotel. It seems like they ever glorious in the past. However, their service is worth it for the prices. (I got discount from agoda). Unfortunately, if you want to stay for more than one night, you have to always ask the receptionist to open your room after 12 pm (check out time), and it's little bit annoying for me. The hotel service was really good and locqtion was also close to Blok M and travel agents so it was very convenient. The room matresses were clean and amenities were also complete (minus shampoo), but the walls look pretty old and the ac had a quite displeasing odor, but overall it was ok for the price and location.

There are no cafes or restaurants, so it's a bit difficult to find something practical to eat. You have to take a motorbike taxi or walk to the front. The first bathroom smells a bit like pee, so I flushed it again, and added soap to smell nice. Overall, it's just so-so. The service is also so-so. There aren't many people. But the place is nice. It's not bad if you just want to stop by for a while

Got the hotel when most hotel in Jakarta are occupied, old hotel but enough clean and provide traditional food in the resto. You can choose the hotel but please don’t complain the physical building, as long as you enjoy and always thankful then this hotel is good for you!

Big room, clean and comfy.. There is 24 hours resto and circle K in the lobby.. You don't need to go out to find anything.. It's just the TV is so small compare to the room, it's barely watchable

We stayed for two days and had no major complaints. Given that it's an older hotel, we did notice some minor scratches on the furniture and peeling paint in places, but considering the price, this was perfectly acceptable. I'm sure this isn't unique to this hotel, but there were a few small gnats in the room. If that's something that bothers you, I'd recommend bringing some kind of deterrent.

Overall, it's pretty good. It's only 5 kilometers from my client's office, making Grab a convenient ride-hailing service. It's 36 kilometers from the airport. It would be even better if the hotel's cleanliness could be improved; it's about the same standard as three- or four-star hotels in mainland China.

Checking-in problematic. Credit Card machines were said not to work on Google Pay. In the restaurant, the same machine was accepting Google pay. This hotel is a smokers paradise.
