Overall, it's pretty good. It's only 5 kilometers from my client's office, making Grab a convenient ride-hailing service. It's 36 kilometers from the airport.

It would be even better if the hotel's cleanliness could be improved; it's about the same standard as three- or four-star hotels in mainland China.

Great staff. Good breakfast. Good location. Close to the Bus Terminal Station. The cleaneass of the room has to be improved. Basic room with limited hot water. It’s OK for one night in Jakarta East side.

Checking-in problematic. Credit Card machines were said not to work on Google Pay. In the restaurant, the same machine was accepting Google pay.
This hotel is a smokers paradise. Even the non-smoking room smelled as if a smoker had been staying there.
Noisy rooms (guests..). Every little sound penetrates the walls, doors.
Restaurant quite good. Best nasi goreng for years.

The rooms in this hotel are small and the facilities are relatively simple. However, it is acceptable for short-term stay. The location is quite convenient and the price is relatively reasonable. The service staff is friendly. If you just stay for a short time, this is a good choice, but if you stay for a long time, it may not be suitable. Overall, the price-performance ratio is average.
