Is decent for the price. Hotel a bit old and room ia a bit small l but clean. Strategic location to Halim Perdana Kusuma airport and woosh. Breakfast has a lot of variety. I would replace the old carpet.

We are here for the iftar buffet at Santan restaurant, it was a great experience. The service is great, all the staff is very quick to respond and friendly. The food quality is great, very traditionally authentic 😉✨ Ayam kalio is definitely my favorite. The assorted snack also complete & delicious 😋

A very strategic hotel, close to Kimia Farma, Indo Alfa, the breakfast is delicious, the AC is cold, it seems like a good hotel before because there was a refrigerator... but now it's gone. Some of the curtain rails are loose, hopefully they will be fixed soon.

The staff was very attentive. Unfortunately, the room was dirty, and the bathroom and sink were moldy. The bed linens and towels were stained and were not changed despite our request. The same dirty dishes sat in the hallway outside our room for three days. I can't really recommend it. You can find cleaner rooms in this price range.

Very accommodating staffs. That’s one thing I like about this country. However, some bedsheets are untidy(but I think they did their best to clean. Thank you for being helpful.

The hotel's location is super strategic, it's inside Harkit Hospital, just walk back and forth to the hospital at night so it's safe, the size is ok, only the towels are a bit dirty, the breakfast is standard

I got diarrhoea due to food poisoning and severe gastritis and fever. Very bad food. I should have claimed compensation. Except for food, other things are o.k. Actually, this hotel has potential, but they don’t seem to put much effort into improving the room’s appearance, and the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable. The rooms facing the street were very noisy—you could hear traffic all night long. You’d better bring good earplugs. On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. I’m really grateful for their service.

We got assigned room 107, which was right next to the kitchen. At 2:15am, we woke up to clattering/moving/working noise as they were preparing the breakfast line. At 2:30am I went outside to tell the receptionist that we couldn't sleep from all the noise, he said he'll tell them to stop. We went back to the room and the noises continued, this time even worse than before because they started chatting...

The hotel offers free self-service laundry, they even have detergent! The rooms are spacious and clean. However, a lot of rooms do not have a window. The staff is very friendly.

Seriously, just awful. The receptionist seemed completely uninterested in working, super grumpy and rude. Maybe because he's a guy, but still, completely unacceptable! Even if he's a man, good service is paramount. And don't even get me started on breakfast – oh my god, flies everywhere! There was even a huge, green fly stuck to the pudding. It totally put me off my food, I couldn't even finish it
