The hotel is just one step away from Kuningan City where I had an appointment for my visa at VFS Global - which is super helpful. They’d let me do an hour of early check-in for FREE. However, they didn’t have hair dryer and ironing machine in the room, hence I had to borrow it from the front desk.. they’d prepared the toothbrush, two towels, shampoo and body soap, but no handsoap and hand-towel, unfortunately. Overall, the hotel is awesomely nice for the building and its employees! Thank you, Amaris Kuningan!

Check in was smooth, but the room is so basic. You'll not get hairdryer. Even in my room the shower is broken.

I stayed at this hotel for a meeting, which was held directly across the street, an incredibly convenient and strategic location. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was very pleasant. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide amenities like a hairdryer and iron in every room, as these are quite essential for business travelers. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the service and the location.

Its location is conveniently close to the LRT station, making it easy to get around.

Great location, near mall and bus stop. Cleanliness is a bit below, leaking water and cracking door. Plus because it is near main road, it can be very loud even at midnight. Free toothbrush, and slippers. Overall, a pleasant stay

It's probably surprising to most that a chine restaurant at Mall Ambassador could be any good but honestly their roasted duck is fantastic. I've been there at least 5 times and it's always good to know the taste is the same. A must try. The udang telor asin is also pretty good.
