The hotel is in a good location, relatively clean and quiet. There is a convenience store downstairs where you can easily buy daily necessities and snacks. It is also not far from the airport and you can take the highway directly to get there. It takes 20-30 minutes if there is no traffic jam.

Basic amenities are included. I guess it's okay within this price, although cleanliness can be improved. They offer free breakfast though for all the guests, although the options are not a lot, at least it's there for guests. Otherwise, plenty of food options nearby or via delivery.

The rooms are fine, and the workers are friendly and helpful. But the breakfast tasted mediocre for the price. And the room is a bit too small in my opinion. But the bed are very comfyyyyy

Enjoyed my stay at the Gunawarman. A modern hotel with rustic interior. Great cafe latte and enjoyed their breakfast. Like it that it’s close to district 8.

The hotel facilities are more classic in style than modern, and while the cleanliness isn't exceptional, it's acceptable. Located in the heart of the SCBD, the price is not low. Service is excellent, and the breakfast is good, especially if you prefer Western food.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and well appointed, with a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, and the staff were always happy to help with any requests. The hotel's location is hard to beat, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

It was very spacious and everything worked, however carpet and curtain can definitely use some upgrades. The service provided by the staff is heartfelt and truly wonderful. However, the entire building has become dilapidated, which has significantly lowered our satisfaction. In particular, as shown in the attached photo, the windows are not properly fixed, and there are a few mosquitoes in the room. Although renovation is necessary, this investment has been neglected for a long time.

Very nice hotel, fabulous decor. Helpful staff, great views from the rooftop. We spent 3 nights here, we would come back. The room we stayed in was huge, it had an office and a fridge freezer! Everything was clean and comfy. We had everything we needed.

The room was pretty good, but it didn't have a window, which caused a bit of a strange smell. Also, the hotel facilities were a little old. Other than that, it was decent.

Hotel is very comfortable with clean rooms and amenities. Staff were also very helpful and enthusiastic. Location was also good with easy transportation access, but note that the traffic jam at the main road outside is quite bad.

Check-in at the front desk was very efficient. The room was quite spacious and had no strange odors. Facilities were complete, and the bottled water provided was good. Breakfast was rich and offered a wide variety of choices. The air conditioning was strong and quiet, leading to a high quality of sleep.

The hotel is located in the old town, which made getting around quite inconvenient. The surrounding area felt very old, and the nearby Chinatown was also a bit run-down. On the positive side, the hotel facilities were relatively new, breakfast was plentiful, and the service was good.

I was located on top floor 47 in unique room. The view was beautiful and location was good. But the service was terrible. I asked for some tissues as none in room 3 times and never got any. Lift also kept getting stuck so was very frustrating. Room wasn’t very clean and no smart tv. Overall don’t think it’s worth the price of £70 a night.

Great location, right inside the mall which is very convenient. The king room was spacious, and the twin room on the top floor had a fantastic view.

Good location especially when it’s raining outside and you need food, it’s located right in a mall! Walking distance to MRT and bus stations, near to Plaza Senayan and Senayan City which add on food options. Price is reasonable just that the shower has a bit of leaking problem which makes the floor towel wet otherwise everything is good.
