Checking in was smooth and easy. The toilet was not that satisfactory as there were so many hairs on the toilet floor even though it was dry. Got a room that was infested with baby roaches, and they switched rooms for me in the middle of the night because I am tired of catching them. Was changed to a smoking room, and it is also infested with roaches, just a little less. I got so tired I just didn't bother anymore. They only have like 1 staff at the counter and takes forever for anyone to check in or anything done.

Old hotel. Always find small cockroaches in the room, toilet and living area. Not worth to take big room. Normal standard room rate is acceptable with the hotel conditions. Toilet also very old and not clean. Lighting in the room not bright enough. I will not stay in this room anymore with the price that i paid. Standard room ok due to the location of the hotel. Came for a business trip. The checking in was fast. Room was clean and the breakfast spread was excellent. Nothing to complaint. It was an excellent experience. As it a business hotel, no additional facilities was provided. With the price we booked it was value for money.

Location is fantastic with lots of cafes and restaurants around. Room facilities were abit dated and old with cracks in the toilet and old room carpets.

The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious, so it was a really good stay! It might be best not to eat meals too late, as it takes a really long time to prepare the food.

We loved our recent 2 night stay. Small but comfortable room, the bed and pillows were perfect, not too soft and not too hard. The staff was friendly and service minded and the location is hard to beat. Breakfast was adequate, would have loved more choices but for the price maybe it's too much to ask for.

Room is clean and not too small, at least still got space to place my luggages. The only thing I feel kinda weird is the sink placed beside the bed. Simple breakfast buffet come with local and western food. The best thing is this hotel was you can enjoy your breakfast at rooftop with city view. Cleanliness can be improved. Stains and mould can be clearly seen in bathroom. Towels are with obvious brown stains (yes, we did asked for change, and we did not take photo of it). No bottle of water provided but they do set a drinking machine infront of the lift for guest usage. Ok for a stopover stay.

It was alright. The room was small, quite compact. It's fine if you're staying for work, just to sleep for a night. When you leave, there's an elevated road right outside leading to the PIK area, and you have to yield to get onto it.
